Brunch all week. Came here twice with work colleagues. Portions are hearty and service is excellent. The second time we came in a group of over 15 people (we called them earlier in the morning prior to coming here) and we were accommodated for a group lunch. I had the patty melt which came with two patties of beef. The ground beef was excellent using Spring Hill farm patties. I also ordered this with a horchata latte which was excellent. On a previous run here, I ordered the giant brown butter cinnamon roll and a couple of their brunch cocktails which are excellent.

The menu is simple but the food is anything but simple plates of food. I picked the crème brûlée iced coffee. It is sweet and exactly the type of coffee that I like. Price was less than $8. My girls preferred sweet and got the s'mores pancakes and pecan pie French toast. They were sweet and delicious like a dessert for breakfast. Those dishes cost $14.75. My husband got the Barbacoa Poutine Fries and that was amazing. It had a reasonable portion of meat in the dish with 1 egg and a bed of fries. The price is $16.75. I ordered the Sardou Eggs Benny. It was good. The hollandaise sauce was tasty and the egg was cooked nicely. My daughter loved the bread they use for this dish. The price was $14.75. The portions for all the dishes were generous. You will wait since everything is made to order so expect to wait. The wait is worth it! We will definitely be back.

Had brunch today and when they say "full belly" they mean it. The service was fantastic and we sat outside. It wasn't too hot and the atmosphere was nice. I had ordered the Wagyu albondigas and while flavorful, the wagyu was just made meatball style and laid on top of grits with milk bread. The milkbread and grits were fantastic. The wagyu meatball was a bit dry but the sauce helps it a bit. My SO ordered the buttermilk biscuits and they were 10/10. I also ordered the sardou eggs Benny. The flavor was interesting. It was a bit too creamy between the eggs Benedict and the spinach and artichoke. But the potatoes are amazing as always. My SO ordered pull-pork eggs Benedict and he says the flavor combination was surprisingly good but the pork was slightly under seasoned. Potatoes are fantastic as always! We will be coming back to try the other items

We've been here a few times and the food has always been good. Service can be hit or miss but not enough to stay away. Solid brunch spot for sure!

This was very good. Great customer service welcomed in and waiter. The food was different types of meals and so good. I got Pink Hippo Eggs it was good and the focaccia bread was delicious. My sister got Shrimp and Grits with eggs on top and it was a bit spicy but good. I also got the cheesy grits, I didn't like the texture and they kindly removed it from the ticket since I didn't eat it. I tried the Lavender 75 cocktail and it was so greatly balanced, very great drink. The decor is very nice with art and albums. Nice level of music playing.

Yummy local establishment. Do yourself a favor & order the Pink Hippo Eggs. It is an amazing concoction of perfectly poached eggs in a bechamel sauce with garlic, spinach and toasted bread. My description isn't doing it justice. We shared the dish and found ourselves sopping up every drop of this sauce! We also got a large cinnamon roll to share as a starter. It is quite large but it couldn't compare to the Pink Hippo Eggs. Favorite breakfast in San Antonio. There is a lovely patio outside but we chose to eat inside on this very hot summer day. It's located in the Trader Joe's shopping center so parking can be a challenge but you knew you wanted up go there to shop anyway. #winwin

Friendly staff, food was pretty good too. Laid back place with enough options on the menu to please everyone. The regular coffee was good, but the decaf coffee was not. It tastes burnt/smokey and apparently it was a fresh pot. Please note this is the kind of place where you must eat, pay and leave because of their reservations timeframe. You will not be allowed to sit and talk after your meal is done, so if anything, eat slow. We were approached by a young lady stating they had a reservation for that table and we would have to "wrap it up" Not a big deal but definitely something to keep in mind if you want to catch up with friends/family.

Roasted beets. The beets could've used more seasoning. Not much to write home about without the goat cheese dressing.

Star rating based on the possibility of my return. Let me start by saying, the food is incredible. Truly. I've had several dishes over my visits and 9/10 are winners. Servers are usually pretty attentive and seemingly willing to engage and provide good service. That being said, the temperature is always a nightmare! I'm either sweating or chattering, and something always seems to be wrong with the building requiring warehouse fans, open doors, or closed off sections due to fumes. It's a small location. They accept reservations. It's yummy enough to ensure long wait times during standard brunch hours. You may see me grabbing some food to-go, but I'm not likely to invite friends to dine-in again.

The horchata latte was soooo good. Prolly the best thing I had this go around. Someone had described the cinnamon roll as life changing. While it was nice, it def was not life changing. The breakfast sandwich tasted fairly gentrified but I think that was the whole point. Their A/C was out but good thing we had a reservation for the patio anyway. Out on the patio someone's Bluetooth speaker was playing a BOMB playlist.

We stopped by for a weekday brunch and ate at the bar. Apparently you need to have reservations for this place for a normal table setting, but luckily my partner and I don't mind eating at the bar. I tried the Pork Belly Benedict and the Chai Tiger Latte. I loved the spices and sweetness of my drink, but the amount of milk cooled my drink down too quickly. Tasted great though! The pork belly was good and the red eye gravy was flavorful. I wish there was more of it! The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. Only thing I didn't care for was the sourdough bread. It was a bit too thick and hard to cut into, even when it got soppy with the gravy and eggs. I ended up taking off my pork and just eating it with the potatoes, which were perfectly crisp! My partner's breakfast sandwich had maple sausage in it, but she said she couldn't taste the maple and it felt like a regular burger. She could only finish half of it, so it was a pretty big serving. Her latte was okay, but she was disappointed there were no flavor options to add to the latte. Service at the bar was great and overall the food was cooked well. However for it still tasting like a typical breakfast, we wouldn't likely make our way out here again. Nice enough to try, but not interesting enough to keep coming back.
