It may have been the enormous bill I received after visit when my insurance was out of network, or their insistence that I MUST contact my physician, insurance provide, case manager to get treatment protocols and forms that ONLY THEY NEED related to treatment. Their therapists are great, but everything else related to this practice will give you an enormous headache!

Therapeutic Associates North Creek is by far the stand out facility. The thing that sets it apart is the specific expertise and the investment in people (their staff) that becomes evident on your first visit. Dr. Amber Dodd is simply the best at what she does. She is the PT that our entire family requests when we need post-op care, treatment for sprains, herniated disc, sciatica, frozen shoulder, whatever we need she helps us. She's not the only super-star in this office, but if you need the best, she's the schedule you want to reserve.
