Usually I would give this place a 5 star and referral all my friends and family there for a quick fix, but today a 20 minute phone repair turned into 40 minutes. On top of that, they did not notify me that the camera was still blurry. I drove 40 minutes because I'm usually content with their business, but today will be my last time. I did get my phone lens repaired by someone else in Pasadena I'll drop name for anyone looking. Definitely didn't mind paying price if the problem would have been communicated over repairing and not mentioning an additional repair was needed, but that just adds on to the unkept quality that is now being provided Update: Phone back began to chip and shatter while being in a normal phone case and has not been dropped after being poorly replaced by AYZ. I noticed after taking to a new cell phone store he explained the poor job that was done and the back was not properly placed, explaining why it has only been 3 days and already broken, pics below for prof. I wish I could give zero stars I took my sons phone there in three days later he touched the screen and it just hairline crack all down the phone! It was definitely something wrong with the glass that they used!!! Touching the screen should not make it crack!!!!!!! They will not fixed it never going back here again!!! I came here to fix a broken lens screen on my iPhone 11 Pro. I talked to the owner over the phone days prior and he quoted me $20. I wanted to see if it was fixable but the owner told me the lens had bigger damage so replacing the glass was not going to fix it. I told him I would come back a later day that I was going to inquire my phone insurance. He proceeded to provide a service when I didn't authorize him and still wanted to charge me $20 to place glass over a broken lens. I didn't tell him to replace it, I would of taken the phone back as is. He hadn't even started the said service but he insisted that he needed to charge me. But I get it, times are hard during this pandemic, he was so desperate to make those $20. I've been a repeat customer of this place for years but I don't like to be scammed. ALSO, don't trust a place that bribes customers on a free tempered glass for a good Yelp and Google review. read more

Good prices on cheap screens I fixed my phone there today XS max front screen for $110 only put 2 stars because if the gentleman would have told me it's a cheaper screen and doesn't look right When it comes to the display on colors and apps I would have just waited and paid for the better screen but good for temporary fix repair took 20min that's cool he also fixed the back glass costed extra of course that part is great just don't like the screen on my phone now recommended for cheap prices but for better quality screens just look somewhere else read more

We recently decided to switch phone carriers and wanted to upgrade our phones at the same time. In order for Sprint to take our phones and pay off our balances, they had to be in pretty good shape. One iPhone had a pretty big crack in the front and Sprint said they couldn't take it. Luckily, one of the Sprint employees told us about this spot. I brought the phone over here, and within a few hours, I had an iPhone that looked good as new. To top it off, we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to do the repair. It makes me think twice about getting insurance on any future phones! Sprint took the phone and gave us the credit we were looking for. Recently came and got an iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed to end up coming back the same day to repair the screen cause it was never fixed the first time properly now a week later my iPhone camera is broken called back up and the guy says they don't fix cameras but you messed up my phone when fixing the screen. I took in my ipad to geg the screen repaired, i ordered a new case two days later while i am installing new otter box case suddenly screen breaks again while im installing case. I decided to take it to another place and found out that screws inside the phone were missing, and most alarming, the LCD screen was changed for an OEM when the LCD was not damaged when I took it to AYC. Why would you changed an Original LCD for an OEM? To sell it out again?. I went back to the store demanding an explanation why the LCD screen was changed and why there were missing screws. After arguing and having no valid explanation on why the LCD was changed, he got tired of listening to me and decided to kick me out of the the store staying he won't do anything for me. So, I broke the screen on my phone this week. On the recommendation from a coworker I took my phone to a different location (Office Depot). The other place said that I would have to order the screen, which would be at least 3-5 days and the repair would be "about $119.00". Lucky for me I remembered AYZ. I walked in, asked if they could repair my LG K7. 20 minutes later I am walking out the door with a repaired phone for half the quoted price of the other place! Spoke to someone on the phone at this location and was told to bring my iPad in and that it could be repaired without a problem. I drove many miles to this location only to be told once I arrived that they are no longer doing that service and for me to wait two weeks and give them a call back and they might be able to do it.
