Brittney called to schedule a time for us to bring the Escalade back between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. When I explained that neither my wife nor I could take off work in the middle of the day to wait while they inspected a repair that should have been completed correctly the first time, she became extremely rude. I told her Caliber needed to rectify the defective repair and that I would contact our insurance carrier regarding the lifetime repair guarantee. She then abruptly hung up on me. After keeping our vehicle for more than a month, returning it with a visibly misaligned bumper and mismatched paint, and then treating us this way when we asked them to correct it, I cannot recommend this location. If you are considering Caliber Collision in Surprise, inspect your vehicle very carefully before accepting it--and consider taking your business elsewhere.
