I highly recommend coming here if you're needing your car repaired. My SUV was involved in a rear end accident where my bumper had to get replaced. The employees were extremely kind and courteous and knew exactly how to work with the insurance claim. They fixed my bumper several days before the estimated time frame and I was told I also have a lifetime warranty on the repair. Got my car back after having the bumper replaced. Noticed that the hood was severely cracked all over it after the repairs were done. I brought this to the shops attention and was told there was zero possibility it was them. I have Photos of what the hood looked like the day I dropped it off and when I got the car returned. There are cracks everywhere. They claim they would fix it if they thought they did it and this was after showing them proof that it wasn't like that before instead they said "the nice new bumper just drew your eyes to the unrelated damage" read more

Exceeds expectations!!! Outstanding customer service!!!!!!! I was rear ended and my insurance company sent me to Estrella Collision for my repairs. I was nervous but did not need to be. My car's paint has faded and I was concerned the replacement part wouldn't match, but they matched it perfectly, you cannot tell at all. Their ad said they would wash the outside of the car and be on time. They actually also cleaned the inside of my car and far better than any place I have ever taken my car to be cleaned. I felt like I was driving away in a brand new vehicle. Jason also went above and beyond by replacing my dead battery for me. I picked up my vehicle one day ahead of schedule. I recently went over a parking curb a little too far forward and when trying to reverse, some plastic flap covers underneath the front bumper got caught over the curb. This caused the most outside flap cover to rip, with the flap covers above it to also collapse and drag down and the front bumper to slightly unhook. I went to a few places to get estimates to see what was involved in fixing it and decided to try Estrella Collision in Avondale on my home. I stopped by and Terrelle Green took a look at my car, took some pictures and said that the damage wasn't as bad as what I thought/was told and said they might be able to fix it. One of the Estrella Collision workers from the back came out, looked at it and made the repairs. I can say I am very happy with the repairs! My experience with Estrella Collision was fantastic and I highly recommend anyone to visit them for repair work. They were up front, honest and clear in explaining what my car's problem was and it wouldn't require the extensive repair that other places were saying had to be done. It is hard to go to a place of business these days and not get ripped off by a business who want to submit a claim to your insurance company and charge for things that go above and beyond what is necessary. After becoming a victim of an uninsured driver, my vehicle whom has been elevated to human status, earning the name "Betty", was left unacceptably flawed according to my standard. She desperately needed cosmetic surgery to fix her broken side panels, broken tail light, and dented bumper. I checked her into Estrella Collison center with high hopes that she'd regain her former glory. I waved her off as I handed the keys over to the tech. After a week, she was ready to come home. These folks were AMAZING!! I sadly had to take in my 2019 Range Rover that I have only had 6 months. I initially had stopped at a larger "chain" body shop for an estimate and information. They just told me I didn't need an estimate that they were a select service shop for the other persons insurance, answered a few quick questions and set me on my way. Whether or not I needed it, I wanted it. So I moved on the next shop which was Estrella Collision. I walked in and asked for an estimate and they were happy to oblige right away. Not only did I get the estimate I requested, they spent almost an hour with me explaining the repairs and why they would do one thing verses another. They took me out back and showed me other cars in process to help me better understand the choices and needless to say when I left that day I felt extremely confident and made arrangements to drop it off the following Monday. I was advised it would be 3 weeks (business days) for the repairs. I was a little worried because I had been told by a few people that whatever the repair shop tells you, double it. But not them. I actually got my car back a day early!! I know its only 1 day but I was ecstatic because I was expecting it to be delayed. When I picked up my car it looked good and new. He explained what they did and even did one last walk around it with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that ask!!! I had got in an accident October 6th , a week later I had taken my car into the shop to get repaired, at first they told me It will take 1-2 weeks which was totally fine considering the damage done on my two driver side doors. The whole process they said they'd keep us updated , lies. I called after 2 weeks of dropping off my car for them to tell me they still need to paint the door and other stuff like that. May I remind you , I work at Amazon so I don't really have PTO to take off days. So the day they said it was supposed to be ready , I stood home from work assuming that they would call any second for me to pick it up. Boy was I wrong. I called at 4pm that day , they close at 5:30 , and asked them if my car would be ready to pick up, "we're letting the paint sit, it'll be ready tomorrow before we close". Great , a whole day of no pay for no car outcome. The next day rolls around and I'm at work , I tell my boyfriend to ask them if it's ready yet , it's 3pm, so he does , he text back and told me that they said they were having troubles putting pieces back together. Yet another delay , but my boyfriend assured me they're taking long because they're doing a "good job" so I left it as is. I call to ask about my car the following day (it's Thursday) and they said Monday for sure. So again , I'm frustrated but understanding that they're doing a "good job". Monday comes , I take off work and go pick up my car , let me tell you , the repair they did was amazing EXCEPT when I opened my door to get in , I noticed my handle had been pulled out (they've must've done it , I've never had the problem prior or the person whom I bought it off of has never had the problem either) , I told them , they apologized and told me to take it in tomorrow. What I also had noticed was that my window did not roll up as it had before, moments before it rolls up fully, it makes a sound as if it's struggling. Anyways I had took it in the next day which was fine , but more work I missed. A few days after that , I had closed the door to my car (I take care of my car like it was a baby so I'd never do anything to mess it up) and I heard what sounded like a metal piece just roll down my window frame TWICE. After that my window started to get stuck a tad bit , like it wouldn't roll up 100% , it would still be cracked about a fingernail length. I took it in again they "fixed it". I've had my baby back for about 2 weeks now and my handle to open the door from the inside is completely loose , I have to open the door from the outside and now my window has gotten worse and rolls up way less now , it's now HALF A FINGER. at this point I'm so fed up with this place. The only good thing about it was the dog inside the store , the manager is nice (the receptionist lady is kind of rude too so be careful) , and they do a good job on the exterior work. Other than that , expect more problems after your repair to come up. Oh yeah also expect a month delay for your vehicle. read more
