Seriously the worst bounce house service I've ever used! Made a reservation for my sons 1st birthday and they said we get to keep the bounce house for 24 hours and I asked if they could drop it off on Saturday the 22nd in the evening since his birthday was on the 23rd. They said yes they can do that. Saturday evening came around and I texted them and nothing, called and nothing! They literally ghosted me and it definitely ruined my sons birthday party because the bounce house would've been great for the kids to enjoy but that didn't happen! I'm just happy my one year old wasn't affected but I would highly advise against using this company. They seem to pick and choose when and if they want to follow through with whatever reservations were made. So just know if you go with this company it's definitely gonna be a hit or a miss I guess you just have to be lucky they want to follow through with whatever reservations people made with them! I would advise taking the positive reviews with a huge grain of salt because that's pretty shitty for a company to do this and if you look at other reviews I'm not the first person this has happened to and I have no doubt I won't be the last! We have been renting bounce houses from AZ Bounce 4 Kids for a couple of years now and we really like this company. We order a bounce house maybe 3 or 4 times every year. Just yesterday we had a problem with the bounce house and after I called Dimitri to tell him about it, within thirty minutes, they came out and sorted out the pool on the bounce house and it worked great. They are also generous with the rental time. They always let us have the bounce house for a longer period of time which of course makes my child very happy. Dimitri and his crew are friendly and professional. We rented the snow cone machine before and of course, the kids had a great time using it. I love this company and they are my go to for bounce house rentals. read more

This company is awesome! I originally called them the Sunday after thanksgiving, and Demitru (I hope I spelled that close!) was great, said he was in the car and could I text him my info. I obliged and he contacted me back about 30 minutes later, with pricing, pictures, and a confirmation of my reservation. The day before I text them back to verify we were good to go, got a response within mi Utes that yes we were confirmed for our drop off the next morning. Morning of I got a phone call they were running behind but gave me a time when they would arrive and stuck to it. No problem! Then let me tell you, they set it all up, and schedule the pick up time THE NEXT DAY and we were off! Kids bounced all day and I recommended them to 2 of the parents at the party. AZ Bounce 4 Kids is a great reliable company! The reservation process was easy and fast, the communicated through the entire process. The bouncer we used was the large princess castle combo bouncer, it was clean and the kids really enjoyed the high slide. I took a couple of dips myself! Tons of fun. The reps that set up the bouncer were fast and safe, they made sure the bouncer was secured properly and the explained proper usage of the generator (it was a party in the park with no outlets). I requested a quote for one item and got a timely enough response but I immediately responded to him with another question and provided an image of the rental item to ensure we were on the same page and he hasn't responded. It's now been three days so I went with a different company. Three stars because he at least responded once which others didn't even bother to do. If I like the company I booked with instead I doubt id go with this company in the future just because I like to build customer loyalty when a business is good but im open to it if I have a bad experience with the other one. read more

They showed up to my house saying they didn't have the one we originally planned to get THE DAY OF THE PARTY, said they had another safari theme (WHICH WAS NOT AT ALL) So we had no other choice but to accept that specific one. The hose was leaking, the slide was SUPER dirty & the mesh was ripped from up the slide, the jumper was filled with dirt (I took my 1yo son in for a min to jump & nothing but dirt came up from inside the creases. I had to take the birthday boy out because it was SOO much he couldn't even enjoy it) , the hose that was supposed to sprinkle water from up top the slide & it was literally just a hose attached to a ripped up mesh that looked like they try to fix it with zip ties... It was bad enough that they showed up to my house with the wrong jumper/slide, the one they brought came ugly & broken UGHH. They said they'll text 30min out before pick up & OF COURSE NOT, they just came. I will NEVER EVER Oder from here! If you're looking for a really good place to order try Brica Bricas El Pariente. My company (Flambeau Phoenix) was going to have an employee family fun day the first weekend of October and we needed to rent some bounce houses, that's when I started looking. I drive by AZ Bounce 4 Kids everyday on my way to work so they were my first stop. After sitting down with Dumitru we had everything planned: bounce house, bounce slide, optical course, tables, chairs and a snow cone maker for a great package price. The day of the event Dumitru's crew came an hour early and worked very fast at setting up all the stuff. The crew even went out of their way to install water hoses on the slide just in case we wanted to turn it into a water slide. After the event the crew came back and packed everything back up in a timely matter. Flambeau Phoenix will definitely be calling again for all our future events needs. Fantastic experience! From start to finish, very professional throughout the entire process. The office staff was on point, very upfront and honest. The delivery team was right on time and very mindful of the surroundings (we put this in our backyard). Not only did we rent a bounce house, we rented a popcorn machine as well as a cotton candy machine. The delivery crew was very detailed in explaining how everything works. I don't want to sound like a broken record, but the previous 1 and 2 star reviews seem to sum up this company pretty well. I was stuck reserving a bounce house combo from them due to needing a rental last minute. I wasn't able to book a rental for my son's bday party through the companies I've used in the past, so AZ Bounce 4 Kids was the next best option for what we were looking for. After reserving our items, I reached out via email and phone asking questions about drop off and pick up. No answer and no call back or response. Since we were just a few days away from the party, I called, text, and emailed multiple times. Still no answer. This led me to reach out and cancel altogether. A day prior to the party, I received a call from my family member who would be hosting the party at her home. She let me know AZ Bounce was there to drop off the rental for the evening.... After not answering their phones for days and no response, they were there delivering the rental a day early and at the wrong time. To make matters worse, they wouldn't just leave when all of this was communicated to the delivery men. They insisted on dropping off the bounce house despite it being made very clear the rental was already canceled due to horribly poor customer service or lack thereof. After consistence on my family member's behalf, they finally dropped it and left. Thinking this was all over, I was then bothered later in the night, close to 9pm, by a random text asking if the rental needed to be dropped off the next day still or if I was really canceling. I was dumbfounded I had to explain again why I canceled the rental and that it was, indeed canceled. Easy to say I will never use their services. I am so incredibly happy I choose to pay for this with cash upon delivery versus my debit card upfront. Things would've been way worse if I was out hundreds of dollars on top of the terrible interactions I had with this company. read more

Top notch company! I have rented from AZ Bounce 4 Kids for the last 5 years for our kids parties and company events. Just rented the 27' double slide from them and once again they did an awesome job. They are easy to work with. We always communicate via text. They come when they say they will come and always give us extra time. Unlike most companies that give you 6 hours on a single day, they always give the full day (24 hours) and if they can a little longer. Dumitru was great at keeping communication with us about our rental . We rented a waterslide, tables & chairs, and a snow cone machine. Luckily it was delivered early and picked up on time. The only thing I would comment on is the condition of the tables and chairs. They still have old tape, ribbon, and huge pieces of table cloth still tied to them. The chairs definitely haven't been wiped down in quite some time but it was something we did ourselves to make our guests more comfortable. If you rent the snow cone--get some more syrup! They NEVER SHOWED UP! I called AZ Bounce 4 Kids a month ago to reserve a bounce house for my boys' 5th birthday party. I called again last night to confirm. But 5 minutes before the party started today, I had still not heard from them. Ten minutes AFTER the party started, I got a call from the delivery driver that they were going to be late because they were stuck in traffic and also because the lady who they'd just done the previous set-up for was being picky about where she wanted the bounce house. They called again 20 minutes after the party started to say they could not find the park we were at (yet our guests all found it without problem). I gave them directions and they said they'd be there as soon as possible. FORTY MINUTES after the party started, they called to say they still could not find the park, even though I'd given them the address and directions...and again, our guests ALL found the park without problems. At that point the party was half over (we rented a ramada but had to be out of there at a certain time for the next party), so I told them not to bother. Obviously, I would not recommend renting from this place and I will tell my friends to avoid them, too, so as to avoid disappointed birthday boys and party guests :( read more

They were an hour and a half late to deliver the bouncer. 2. They were two hours late to deliver the chairs and tables, which they dropped off and didn't even set up. 3. They requested payment up front. The owner was called multiple times and never answered Or replied. All our guests had to stand. I am so furious! We didn't even use the chairs and tables. I was very disappointed in this company. We ordered our specific water slide and snowcone machine 4 weeks in advance. We verified drop off time twice with company through voice and text. The party day arrived, where we asked them to drop off between 12 and 12:30pm. The party started at 2. We went to our two boys basketball games at 9:30 AM and got a call wondering where we were from AZ bounce 4 Kids. My husband had to leave the kids games and miss them, only to get home and see it's not even the correct water slide that we ordered. I husband insisted on getting the correct one delivered as this one was dirty with mud everywhere and looked old. Wrong theme too. They gave us a very hard time about switching them out and even said they probably wouldn't be back in time for the party. My husband still said to go get the correct one. They showed up at 1:30 with the correct one giving us only 1/2 hour to fill. It wasn't even ready in time for the party. It also was not cleaned properly with stuff stuck on the inside. My husband asked them for a discount for all the inconvenience and they refused. My husband even asked if they gave a cash discount and they also said no. I'm so glad that I found this company my party was a week away and I did not yet have the perfect water slide reserved yet and I was getting very nervous!!! My son is 12 so I wanted a really big water slide and I wanted to make a great impression for all my guests. The owner answered the phone and I was so relieved and felt so relaxed that everything was going to be just as I had envisioned along with the super great price he offered us!! I rented the 42 foot blue crush and oh my goodness we had the time of our lives!! "It's incredible, everybody thought we were at a big huge waterpark and this was in my backyard!" The inventory that they carry is superb & far above the rest!! Believe me, I have thrown a summer party every single year for my son and I have rented other waterslides but never have I ever had such exposure and the kids were going nuts they felt like they were in Disneyland it was amazing!! The friendly staff from the moment I called to the time that they came and set up the guys were great friendly, well mannered and respectful! I won't ever call another company from now on it will always be AZ Bounce 4 kids!! I'm already planning my next party for December for my son's ninth birthday party. Do not use this company. I paid over $600 for a water slide that was in very bad condition, flooded my back yard and the kids couldn't use and a karoke machine that wouldn't turn on. I contacted the manager before my party started and he said he could have another slide delivered in 3 hours but the party would be over then. The next morning when the guys came to pick up the slide, they told me that they were aware of all the duck tape and they thought it would work. Before they left, they contacted the manager and he promised to refund my money that next week. I have been using this company for 3 years now, at least 2 times per year, and every rental has been a fantastic experience! They are always prompt, professional and deliver quality bounce houses. This last rental compels me to write a review. The wonderful delivery and pick up by AJ and David sets the bar at the top for any company. They were so polite, followed my request for placement exactly and you can just tell that they deeply care about customer satisfaction. This morning they came back to pick up the bounce house. My daughter didn't get a chance to bounce with me or her Grandma last night at the party and I promised we would do it in the morning. She started crying when they arrived. AJ and David made a judgement call and called their boss to see if they could pick it up later. I just got off the phone with David and he asked if we would like to keep it for one more night, and told me they want us to be happy, best yet is no extra charge. Would we?!! Once again, very pleased! It's difficult to find consistent quality service. These guys were on time (even early) for set up and made the process seamless. Dumitru was my contact person when ordering the bounce house and he is top notch in great customer service and communication. AZ Bounce 4 Kids will always be my go to bounce house company. Giving this place a one star is generous. I am so upset with This company, the absolute worst company I have dealt with. I ordered a combo Bounce house/water slide for my daughter's birthday to match the theme of her party. I rented a tropical slide. I had rented it weeks in advance and even confirmed it was set to go for the party. Not once has this company answered the phone number listed. All communication was via text, so it was very sketch that it would even show up. I had scheduled a delivery for 9:30 am. They showed up at 7am. They then blew up the slide which was not the slide I had ordered. The delivery guys "tried to get hold of their boss" but still could not reach him. They convinced me to keep the slide. Not only that, they advised me to pay a higher price for said slide even though it was not the one I had originally ordered. I EVEN SHOWED THEM THE WEBSITE WITH THE PRICES LISTED. Despite seeing the price difference, they had me pay the price of the original order!! Shortly after, (after they left us with an unwanted slide) the bounce house was losing air before our guests even arrived!! I tried calling again, but, of course, no answer! We were told it would be a 24 hour rental even though we had scheduled 9:30-7 for a one day rental. The delivery guys told us they would be back the next morning for pick up. It is now going on 72hrs and they have still not picked up this slide!!! You guessed it: I called and no answer! It is still in our yard, destroying our grass. The neighbors ordered from another company and their delivery guy was kind enough to come roll it up for us. I will NEVER order from them again, and I strongly advise you do the same. read more

I found this company on Yelp and saw the great reviews so I decided to try them out. They did not disappoint they were awesome! They came an hour earlier but that was okay it worked out better that way, and one of the tables was broken, so they were able to bring me another one before the party started. Kids had a great time but the bouncer water slide combo was in poor condition. The children had such a hard time climbing up. The steps were torn and had no grip. The company even put a rope thru the top step so they could pull them selves up. Several children had lathe scratches from the steps. The bouncer had a big hole in it and yet it is still being used. The only good thing was the service. Broken cotton candy machine was replaced within 20 minutes. Time to get new equipment. ......... read more

I got a great deal compared to the other bounce house rental places, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for delivery fee ($40 at some other places based on my zip code and I am within city limits! crazy...)
