While they were at our property, we decided we wanted to get the palm tree skinned as well. It was something we've been putting off for many years. We were able to negotiate a mutually agreeable price. The skinning project was to have been completed on Monday but due to a variety of events, the project was not completed until Thursday. We expressed our frustration to the company about the project extending over multiple days and the debris in our pool between days. This disrupted some of our planned activities. When the project was finished, they cleaned the pool of all debris and made sure the surrounding area was clean. The four stars is due to the challenges we faced mid project. The end product was outstanding, and the pricing was competitive.

Day 1 - We met with Antonio to show him our backyard and discuss what we wanted. Antonio provided a same day estimate and said he had a crew that could get started the next morning and that it would take one week to complete. Impressed with the cost estimate and timeline, we agreed to get started. Day 2 - Now we're seriously impressed! Antonio and team arrived at our residence bright and early with all the materials for the renovation and was able to get started without waking anyone up with construction noise. Day 3-6 - Antonio and his team arrived early every morning, never woke anyone in the house, treated our home and our family with respect, and kept us updated every step of the way. Antonio and his team renovated our entire backyard in 6 days! We went over their work with a fine toothed comb and everything is beyond perfect. Every paver cut with extreme precision, every block level, the turf flat and seamless! I kind of miss hearing the team laughing and singing in my backyard. STAY AWAY…read more Absolutely unacceptable work. What was supposed to be simple trimming turned into severe over-pruning that completely ruined my plants. Multiple mature, full, flowering shrubs were cut down into stiff, unnatural box-like shapes with most of the blooms removed. The entire look of my yard was drastically changed in a single visit. This is not professional landscaping - it's careless and shows a lack of basic pruning knowledge. When I contacted the owner about it, my concerns were dismissed and he hung up on me. We scheduled a second time about 6 months out and clarified again what services we needed: all services provided including blowing the leaves. My partner called them 4 days before the scheduled service (the service was scheduled on 10/11) and restated what we wanted to make sure they understood. Today I come home from my trip and there are large weeds all over my front yard that still haven't been pulled. The leaves aren't blown. Makes me wonder if the yard was even sprayed for weeds. For the record, the tech who came out to do our yard was texting me when he arrived for the service. We clarified that blowing the leaves, weed pulling, spraying etc were included. He told us that everything except the leaf blowing was. And YET here is my yard! Unbelievable. We have a party scheduled for Sunday and now have to either do the work ourselves or call someone else to do the work CORRECTLY. Scott was useless in regards to fixing this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired them for weed removal in our yard and a follow up treatment was included to return and remove any new weeds and lay down chemicals to help avoid more growth. It's been about a month since our services and we don't have any new weeds. The yard looks great. The service also comes with a 6 month guarantee so if we do see anything they will return to clean up and lay more chemicals. I would recommend this company.
