the kid in there is extremely disrespectful he does not say welcome in or greet you anyway. he doesn't even let you get to the counter before he says "what can i get you". we came in today and he was mopping, no greeting, no asking question, nothing, just kept mopping. we were standing there for 10 minutes before we decided to leave. he's extremely unprofessional. i don't care if you close in 5 hours or 20 minutes. if you're open, you take orders! i work in a restaurant myself so i understand but this is your job you get paid to be there. i have never been served with such disrespect. absolutely ridiculous! i hope this gets back to the manager and things are taken care of! 12:55pm 9/5 read more

This location has been a favorite of mine since I was a child, which makes it especially disappointing to say that my kids won't have the same experience. Unfortunately, this location consistently prioritizes delivery orders over the customers who are physically standing in the restaurant. They seem unable to keep up with the demand, and every time we give them another chance, we end up waiting 15-20 minutes for our order--after sometimes waiting 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge us and take the order. The last time we visited, we walked in during a shift change and were told the ice cream machine/product needed to be replaced. We were then told they wouldn't even be able to enter our order for at least another 10 minutes because they were so far behind on delivery orders. You could literally see the delivery orders lighting up red across their board. At some point, the owners need to recognize that this is hurting the experience for their local, in-person customers and putting their employees in an impossible position. If the location can't keep up with both delivery demand and customers in the store, something needs to change. We ultimately walked out and took our business to Bruster's. It's really sad to see a place I've loved since childhood become a place I can't recommend to my own kids. read more

Ordered blizzards. At no time did the order taker inform us that there's an issue with the machine. Learned about it from over hearing employees complaining that the owner should have closed the store until the ice bean machine is fixed but no, kept the store open instead. Greedy owner. Should have at least put a sign on the door or been informed by staff before we ordered. Failure!! read more

This location is ALWAYS out of key ingredients. I've been 3 separate times over the last 6 months or so and each time they couldn't make something from my order. I have been patronizing this store for quite a few years. It's not a large restaurant but has ample seating if you wanted to dine in. We don't go here often. Usually for birthday cakes and the occasional treat night. The last 2 times I have come for cake, there were very limited options. Last visit was for the grandson's birthday. I asked if they had any more cakes than the 2 Oreo cakes in the freezer. I wanted the original DQ cake. No, unfortunately not. So I asked if they could call the 67th ave location, the next closest. You would have thought I asked them to commit a crime. Oh no. They aren't affiliated. I was pretty taken aback at the resistance to call another local store. 67th Ave had plenty of cakes and great customer service. Writing this review because the employee who helped us, Trevor, was extremely nice. I haven't been to a DQ in a long time but I was craving it randomly and he definitely went above and beyond, made me really happy to see he seemed to love what he did. Over the last year, the blizzards from this location continue to disappoint. They always leave 1/3 or 1/4 of just ice cream at the bottom. The candies never reach all the way through the entire cup, regardless of the size. We've even asked them to put candy in the bottom then add ice cream, add more candy then ice cream and then mix it and add a little more to the top and mix again. And still there is just ice cream in the bottom. VERY UPSETTING when you consider how much a blizzard costs. read more

The reason I hate this place is, I ordered an ice cream sundae with a chocolate shell but, she charged me 0.89 cents for the extra shell and didn't add it! The layer of shell is so thin, it cracked when I tried to eat the ice cream part. The girl was a blonde lady with glasses and the time was 6/10/2024 at around 8:30pm. They are so nice here. They make the best blizzards especially if your luck enough to get the short very young Asian person to make it. That person is awesome. It's covid-19 time and that kid is wearing gloves...thank god. Way to go. But none of the other employees were. No drive Thru here but they get you in and out quick. They measured out 6' for each person to stand behind the line on the floor although idiot customers aren't listening or watching that. I'll do delivery from now on. Parents come in with a few kids that get real close to you and possibly spread the virus to u wearing no masks because we are not recommended to wear them as of this month. I'm staying home. Well where to start...there was only 1 person running everything on a Monday at lunch time with her hair down on her shoulders (not very appetizing). Waited fir several minutes while she took and then made the order for the 5 in front of us. Then she took my order and mentioned the hot dogs came as a combo with drink, chips, mustard, ketchup, and relish. I asked for French fries instead. No such luck! Will NEVER go back to this location!!!! Only have hotdogs. No hamburgers/fries. Though the website says/shows; that they do. The chili & hotdogs are cook- ACTUALLY warmed up in a microwave. I DON'T EVEN DO THAT AT HOME!!!! Chili wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. There was only ONE person; as nice as he was. Doing: Order Taker, Cashier & Microwave Cooker. Wasn't even asked if I wanted a receipt. Lobby Area- 1 table had a pile of used napkins. There was a CUSTOMER- who was nice enough; to pick the pile up (while waiting his turn in line) and threw them away. GOOD LUCK - finding a clean table. The table tops- didn't look like they had been wiped down. This location was not that busy between 12:30- 1:30. Saw 3 groups of people walk out before ordering. Walked in tonight and terrible service. I was ignored for over 15 minutes by Xavier and Cayley. Finally, Xavier acknowledge us and I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service. I told both servers that an acknowledgement would have been nice, such as we'll be right with you. Both reps looked at us and kept filling their to go orders. Feb 20th 2022, 3:10pm. We ordered 2 large hot fudge sunday's and a pup cup for my service dog. The sunday's had the saddest looking ice cream I've ever seen at any Dairy Queen- instead of the cute, multiple layer ice cream with the curl on the top, they looked like flattened pancakes. To top it off, there was barely any hot fudge on them. Then the employee said they didn't do Pup Cups, which all other Dairy Queens do, and I'm certain this one did just 2 weeks ago when we came in. I stopped in here yesterday on my way home. It was clean and the place had maybe two people inside eating icecream at about 4pm. A family of five walked in the side door and cut in front of me (I was alone). They took forever deciding what they want and so finally another employee came out from the back to help me. He made my Oreo Cheesequake and I went and sat down. Other than the cheesecake peices, it was just "meh." It didn't really have a taste other than cold, if that can be considered a flavor. I was disappointed that I'd spent $3.78 on a small Blizzard, but considering how hot it was yesterday (in the 90s) I am glad I had something to cool off. Also to be noted, this place sells food other than icecream, but it looks like all they make are hot dogs. And it reminded me of how one would heat up something at a gas station because that's exactly how they cooked the food for the group of five in ftont of me. I did manage to get a Blizzard card out of the deal so that when I go back (or hopefully find another DQ), I can eventually get a free Blizzard. read more

Lol The service is always friendly and one time I left my wallet there with almost 300 cash in it, figured out where I'd left it and picked it up the next day and not a dollar was missing.
