Chris responded promptly and came out to put the carpet back in place; stretching, trimming, smoothing around corners and in the closet, as well as fixing two areas in which we had to cut the carpet to pull it back after the saturation. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case.
