And you absolutely 100% said "oh man I forgot the wood chipper" and then later followed with "didn't think I'd need it for this job". I tried to be understanding and work with y'all but, now it seems you are suggesting I have lied about this experience. Perhaps do not provide virtual quotes if they are going to be that inaccurate. And $250-$350 jumping to $575 can absolutely be "more than double" if it is the $250 price point.

Miguel laughed on the phone and blamed the overcharge on the ATM. He offered no resolutions or apologies to over-charging us THOUSANDS of dollars and we were left hanging, dealing with the aftermath. Charged me $170 for 25 MINUTES of weed removal using a "team" of one man and one woman, that…read moreapparently is the owners parents. My back yard was 25ft by 10ft and the side area. They do not come and give prices, ask you for photos and give an "estimate" - which is probably loaded as most people will see job and give actual price. They did another large property of weed and thorn bush removal for 8 hours and only charged $580 for that so I do feel cheated. On questioning when finished as the job wasn't as much as they thought, they back track with fuel, insurance, labour costs etc. I don't know many unlicensed, uninsured people making $340 an hour pulling weeds! I wouldn't recommend them based on the fact they charge what they feel and don't do quotes on seen jobs but estimates based on photos.
