I learned about this place from one of the multiple Jeep groups I am in on Facebook. I have a 2011 JKU that I purchased two years ago, so she already had all kinds of bells and whistles. Meaning I have no clue what my JKU looked like stock. My JKU is the only Jeep I have ever driven. Prior to getting my Jeep I drove a lifted F150, but it was not a 4-wheel drive. I am familiar with things that occur when you lift a vehicle. The first time I went here was for an oil change and overall inspection. Prior to this I got an estimate at another place for repairs and underwent other repairs after getting a second opinion. The plan for Wulf was to find a regular place my Jeep can go to so that I can do Jeep things. Angie and the crew are great! They let me bring my dog by for a visit. They play good music. They explain all the potential work and they are not scared to teach you too. I am extremely happy with Wulf. Angie and her team are amazing and the work they did on my truck was first class. But, what I liked most about them was they didn't try to upsell me on anything. I asked them to check out my lift and offer recommendations on new shocks, pitman and idler arm, etc. Wulf inspected the truck said I didn't need anything other than a retorque of the lift. Tacoma owner here.. I know that's a bad word to some Jeep owners, but read this anyway! I just installed a Toytec suspension with SPC upper control arms and needed to find a place that knows aftermarket suspension and a thing or two about lifted trucks; you'd never catch me at the dealership for an alignment! Someone in an AZ Tacoma group on Facebook recommended Wulf and I'm glad they did! Angie, the owner, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The young man (I'm old/er) that did my alignment knocked it out quick and got everything perfect. Trucks driving better than before the suspension install. About 2 years ago Angie and Jon put a lift on our 2020 Gladiator and it was wonderful. I little before Christmas it unfortunately had a death wobble (due to Jeeps cheap parts). Angie let me know it could be a couple of items and the tried tightening down a part at no charge because they are amazing. When that didn't work, we came in to have the main part replaced she squeezed us in the week before Christmas since we had a far drive and wanted to be safe. I really appreciate everything she did to help us. It is nice to find honest mechanics that are willing to help. Our Jeep will be coming here for all future suspension and fun thing needs. read more

Rough country dealer so I went there and had a good experience. It was rather quick and affordable.

I have an 07 Wrangler that was experiencing death wobble. I planned to call a couple of shops before making a decision on where to bring it. Wulf was my first call and from the first minute of conversation with Angie, I already knew I was taking it there. There was no need to call anyone else. Her knowledge, professionalism, and a bit of banter made this one of the best and most memorable customer service experiences yet. Upon taking it to them, they quickly diagnosed play in the ball joints as well as looked over and torqued down every bolt as it was a new vehicle to me. We scheduled a time and we got them replaced. Angie did let me know that my tires were not great tires and difficult to balance which may also be playing a part. After the replacement of the ball joints, I noticed a big difference but was still getting death wobble. So I decided to buy new tires per the conversation. Angie recommended certain brands so I bought some while out of town in Yuma. I haven't experienced death wobble since. I will recommend every person I can to Wulf and I am now a lifetime customer. PS. If you have a 2 wheel drive Jeep, she won't even make fun of you... just kidding, she will, but you'll have a blast in the waiting room getting clowned on curb flexing on a Prius at Sprouts. read more

Offroad shops are more then just a simple service shop, there are a lot of things that you only learn from experience when modifying offroad vehicles and still be safe on the highway, and they have the experience.. I noticed some rattling coming from the rear of my truck. When I got home did some investigating and found the rear passenger top bolt to my fox shock was missing. I stopped by this morning to see if they could possibly squeeze me in to their schedule. He went out looked at my truck and said pull around back bay 2! Keep in mind these guys were busy working on other vehicles, but he stopped came out with a few different size bolts and fixed my issue with in 15 minutes! What a great experience with great people. Honest people!! Get this. I was told by Airpark Jeep (where I got my 2017 Wrangler) that I needed a new engine because my oil had turn to sludge. They offered to sell me a new engine for $9,900 or a used engine for $9,600. Something didn't feel right. So, long story short, I ended up finding a used engine with 20,000 miles on it for $2785. I was referred to Wulf Off Road for the installation by my brother's friend. From the very first call, Angie and John were great to work with. We stayed in touch with each other up until the carrier delivered the engine to their shop. I drove my Jeep to their shop on the next day. They were waiting for my vehicle and were prepared to start work immediately. This is were it gets good. And I mean GOOD. John got suspicious about the condition of my Jeep. The fact that I drove it from Carefree to their shop in Peoria got him wondering. He took it upon himself to run some tests. He decided to flush the engine with transmission fluid (2 sets) and give it a test drive. John called me the next day and said that in his opinion, I did not need a new engine and I would be better served keeping the original and returning the used engine I purchased. I won't get into what I am doing with my dealer, but I will say how pleased I am with the integrity and honesty of Wulf Off Road. Class act!
