I must admit there was a snafu with the first time I came and my tire replacement didn't go as it should have which brought my unhappy return the next evening. However- of any business I've been to, none has taken such responsibility and ownership as Discount Tire. I respect their commitment to "make it right". I would return and recommend them simply because even if things don't go as planned, they truly stand behind their work and will make it right if it isn't right the first time. Customer service and their accountability that they demonstrated will bring me back. Thanks to Dillon and Kenny on the second visit for being empathetic and ensuring my issue was promptly resolved. It was brought to my attention by one of the associates and was told to talk to a Manager. I went inside and spoke with one of the managers, and during the conversation one of the other managers chimed in "why do you want locking lug nuts, no one steals tires anymore". I said that's not the point, and I'd like my vehicle back the same way it came in. I was told they were on order. I stopped by the store a few days later and was told again, they were on order and coming from CA, but they should have them shortly. That was two months ago- no call, no update, no anything. I did inform their customer service and was told that the store Manage, Chris would reach out..,,again...nothing. The reputation discount used to carry isn't the same today.....be weary of this location.

I did a google and yelp search on wheels shops and read the great reviews about AZ Tire Shop, they were not wrong. From start to finish Dennis and Richard were amazing to work with. I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. I have to say they exceeded all my expectations by listening to what I wanted and gave me a great recommendations on the computer. I eventually with the Black Rhino - Kelso wheels. I will definitely be back and do more business with them. Locally owned and a family run operation. No pressure selling and I can see why now they have such great reviews. Personal service, taking the time to get to know your customer and excellent communication is what I experienced. I am impressed with my ride and the looks of the wheels. I can't recommend this place anymore. A few months ago we had my Ford escape "fixed" because it had…read morean oil leak. A few days later it started leaking again. We brought it back and took more PTO. They said luckily it was under warranty. Well, it better be because that's the same part you tried to fix two days ago. And this day it's still leaks but I'm not trusting them to touch it a third time. 8/7/26 My husband's Chevy Trax had the coolant system "fixed" and we got it Friday at 5pm. It's Sunday 8/9/26 at 8:30am and our car overheats in a drive thru and we had to keep turning it off. Luckily we were a few miles from home and let it cool so we could drive instead of walking 2 miles in 100+ temps. Christian Brothers put us in a really dangerous position. When we had to get the Ford fixed for the second time that was a red flag that we should've listened to. But because we needed our overheated Trax towed, it was easiest to go with Christian Brothers. Let me tell you... Do you not take the easy way out because of the "free tow" because after $1300 our car is still not fixed and now we have to take PTO and rearrange our schedules all over again. I don't think it's a free tow anyhow; I'm sure it's added to the cost of the car services.

Larry was very friendly on intake and they did a fine job on a rear differential flush. Very reasonably priced for the job on my Infiniti. Will be using them for the next job, a power steering endeavor and rack rebuild.
