the worst unprofessional I had a driver come tow me and his truck chain didn't work wasted my time waiting for like 3 hours

My husband and I had been driving home back to Bakersfield from having an IVF transfer done in Thousand Oaks. I was currently pregnant and trying to stay that way. We were about 1 mile south of Gorman when our front left tire popped and got a flat. We were on the right side of the road with semi trucks flying by us, so close. After realizing our insurance wasn't able to send someone out FROM BAKERSFIELD until 90 mins later, my husband decided to give AZ Towing a call. Joel was out to see us within 20 mins. Patient and supportive, he quoted us a price to change the tire over the phone but, once seeing how dangerous it was to do that where we were stranded (and could get hit by a semi), he decided to keep that quote and tow us into Gorman. He took us to a tire shop in town. He was a Godsend and very professional and friendly. He made our lives easier and my stress considerably less! Thank you, Joel, for all of your help!!! Tow truck never showed up. Needed it after having a car accident in downtown los Angeles. Requested at 1:30 pm and yes I know los Angeles traffic is the worst, but they dont communicate. 2:30 pm I call and operator said tow was in anaheim and said it was 2 hrs waiting. I was willing to wait just so I didn't have to go back for my car later. 4:30 pm I call and operator said tow was in PACOIMA!. pacoima? How do the tow driver went from Anaheim to pacoima? That's on the opposite side of los Angeles!! At this point they added another 2hrs of waiting. I had to cancel. They lied and didn't gave explanation. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

I was traveling on the 10 freeway when my work truck broke down in the middle of the road. I had a truck and trailer. Mr Joel Martin was the tow truck driver that the insurance company sent to pick me up. Anyway this guy was exceptionally fast and his service was excellent. He put the dually on the back of his truck but also hooked up the trailer too so that it wouldn't get stolen. He took my truck to the shop then re connected the trailer then proceeded to drive me around Henry for like a hour so that I could get the trailer to a safe place so that mule boss could sleep that night. Also went into harbor freight with me so that I could pick out the correct lock for the trailer. All I am saying is this guy went above and beyond for me and that says a lot because when you break down your having a bad day but it could always be worse. He made sure everything went smooth and I got to a safe place afterwards. If anyone breaks down I highly recommend calling this company....!!!!!!!! read more

Me and my wife was driving on freeway 5 southbound with Tesla model 3 to Los Angeles on Apr. 23 Saturday. We missed the Tesla Supercharger station at Tejon Ranch exit and the Tesla battery ran dry before we could exit freeway 5. It was 6:15pm and we were sitting at the car off curbside of freeway 5. We tried to contact Tesla service center and AAA service center and spent 1 hour communicating with them, but neither can provide us with towing service.
