My car broke down in the middle of nowhere ( intersection of 74 and 371). While it took them Over 2 hours to come get my car, me, a family friend, and my dog, the driver, John, was fantastic. He told us about cool farms and places around. He suggested a car mechanic in Temecula and he was right! That's car mechanic I've ever been to! If possible, ask for John. read more

I took a brand new tire in that was leaking. Tyler, stopping eating his lunch, carried the tire from my truck to the shop. Diagnosed a leaking valve stem and replaced it. Whole time there was less than 5 minutes. I have also had them tow my vehicles on three separate occasions over the past few years. It's kind of an all-inclusive, one stop shop for auto needs. You can get your car towed, repaired, get gas, and wash it all at the same place. Staff is friendly and helpful. They've been in business FOREVER. read more

Me and my husband were looking at land out in Anza to buy today and we got stuck in the mud/ditch and couldn't get out. We called AAA and they sent Anza Valley Auto. If I could give it a -5 I would. My cousin 4runner u-joint broke and he had this shop repaired it.  After the repair is done, the car wouldn't start and was told that maybe the fuel pump is bad. He way trying to charge my cousin $900 for the fuel pump service. My cousin thought that was too much as what they charge for the U-joint repair. So my cousin called us and we went over to see if we can fix it. I checked the fuel pump fuse and it was good, then we took down the gas tank and see if the fuel pump was ok. what we saw was, the black rubber hose was disconnected and the fuel pump gasket was also off hanging to the side! That MF, who was working on my cousin's car took the hose off and the gasket was trying to fake a problem and make money off my cousin who have no car repair experience. Now, this might be the only repair shop around in the area, they are  untrustworthy, lying people trying to make money from honest people who are in need of help. Don't take your car there and just pay the extra to tow it to the next shop or home. sorry, we sound of took some pictures of what the MF did to my cousin's car but just wanted to get it done and get out of there. read more

These folks may be "nice" but the man who just helped us today....was the most unhelpful customer service experience I have ever endured. My friends car was towed and he finally found out where it was a full 7 days later! Of course he was charged for 8 days! When I asked how he was notified and could I get a receipt of the notification. I was told no, of the towing skip.NO. can anyone authorize today's daily fee cuz we're picking up early?. NO. Is there an email where I can inquire? NO. How do you get any issues resolved at this establishment? "Well ma'am you'll just have to come back when they're here. Zero customer service, zero interest in anything I had to say, waited in other customers although we were there prior. I walked out 745$ lighter and seriously upset. This place will never get another dime from me and I'll send a formal complaint to the BBB for failure to provide an itemized receipt upon request. read more

Because my daughter passed away I made a trip to Anza from Idaho. While here my oil change was due and my granddaughter sent me to Valley Auto. They were very friendly and courteous and prompt. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Valley Auto! read more

Running out of gas SUCKS! It really sucks when you run out of gas in the middle of NOWHERE on a HOT summer day with 3 kids! This was me last week! Stranded in the middle of nowhere because my GPS LIED to me (OK I should take some blame here and acknowledge I should have filled up before leaving civilization, but isn't it better to blame a non living object). Anyway, did I mention we were in the middle of NOWHERE, which meant no cell service! Zero signal! Lucky for me I was able to get in touch with Valley Auto, who came to my rescue! They were friendly and quick to respond (arrived in like twenty minutes, which is what they promised). Not much to it, but they did save me and got us on the road again! THANK YOU VALLEY AUTO! FOUR SOLID STARS! Not five because it cost so dang much to have a guy drive out in a truck to bring me a gallon of gas so I can get to his gas station and fill up. I hope the next time I deal with Valley Auto it is just to fill up on gas at their station and not because I am stranded on the side of the road somewhere! read more

Had an accident on the road. Driver named Mathew came to "help" but had the worst customer service. He was rude, disrespectful, and a liar. Had a bad attitude when he arrived, started arguing with us, and then had the nerve to lie about where we were located. He told AAA that it was 15 feet off of a main road and that it needed recovery and not a tow so no other trucks would come to help. It was broken down in a residential community... would not recommend him or this company to anyone. But a big shout out to Rancho towing. They actually helped us and was done in less than an hour when we had been stuck all day. read more

Jack really helped me out. The Rite Aid pharmacy gave me the wrong medication and I didn't notice until it poisoned me and I had a slight accident in my car. I was taken to Eisenhower Hospital and my disabled car was left on the side of the road. Jack towed my car and then installed a used tire that he had in the back that matched the tire that was ruined. He didn't charge me a nickel for it. I was so sick and he was so nice. Thanks, Jack. My insurance company called them because I needed help getting pulled out of sand in a ditch in the Desert in ANZA, CA on a named dirt road in the city of ANZA. They refused to come help me per my insurance company and left me stranded in 100 degree heat for several hours on the side of a dirt road. My insurance company told me they are contracted to do business in that area and did not know why they refused to come rescue me. I don't recommend these guys at all and I am reporting them to the State for negligence/endangerment of customer. Eventually a passerby stopped and had a shoved and I paid him $100 out of pocket to help dig me out and pull me out. Valley Auto should be fined for this shameful and potentially deadly service, and these guys should be put out of business to help stranded motorists. They could cost someone their life. Everyone who has had a bad experience like this and left stranded in the desert by these guys should file a complaint with the state for negligence. I will be looking into getting a lawyer on them for my 3rd degree burns. read more

I recently moved to Anza, California. Yep, I'm a city boy in the high-desert these days. I'm living on a ranch and my poor Ford Fiesta must endure two miles of dirt road everyday. My front passenger tire picked up a nail somewhere on that road and a slow leak developed. As the days progressed, the leak became a somewhat rapid one. I was fretting that I would have to drive down to Temecula or Hemet to get the tire patched. That when a friend recommended Valley Auto. I cruised over and a really friendly mechanic got my car right into the garage. He finished in all of five minutes and, lo-and-behold I was back on the road less the $17 he charged to patch up that renegade tire. Thanks much Valley Auto! read more

Monday March 18th on my 40th birthday my car broke down at 12:55 I called AAA and was given a 30 minute time because I was running late to an appointment. They called back and they told me it would 55 minutes according to Valley Auto. I said fine it is understandable. However they did not come at 55 minutes. They did not come at 2 hrs and I was on the phone with AAA several times. We watched 2 tow trucks pass us from other companies. One stopped on his way to a call. after 3 hrs of being told over and over they are in the area they will be there less than 4 minutes. One of the tow trucks stopped I asked him if we called AAA if they can bring us home. THANK GOD for Steve's Towing. Also the guy from Steve's seem the tow truck driver up at the corner just stopped on the side of the road. That man saved me (a disabled woman) and my 2 kids who just got out of school early and still not had lunch due to minimum day. I will not ever use this company. EVER. read more

Well ladies and gentlemen if you love being raped out of your hard earned money then this is the company for you! I got into a car accident and rolled my truck. The truck was off on the side of the road and there was nothing blocking the road. They showed up, ( I didn't call them!) the guy hooked up my truck, (without my permission) and then told me to stand back. I then had to tell the officer to tell him to put my truck down after he dragged it 5 ft. I was then charged $245. The guy proceeds to lie to me and tell me that the price includes them fixing the barbed wire fence which is complete bull crap! Everybody knows that the insurance company takes care of that. This isn't about the money, this is about the principle! The fact that there are companies out there that will screw you over like this company did to me, especially after rolling my truck 4 times, disgusts me! I will never refer this company to anyone and I will do anything in my power to make sure others don't use them either!! P.S. If I could put negative stars for a rating I would do it in a heartbeat!!! read more

Valley auto is one of the worst companies I have ever driven for. I wish someone had told me the truth about this place before I started. If you want to live below the poverty level, drive tow truck for Valley Auto. My average take home pay for two weeks was approx. $400.00 and I worked 4 days per week (32 hrs per week). Some days I would sit in the tow yard all day (8 hrs.) and make zero money. The owner wants you to sit in the tow yard for free waiting for a tow call. Then while you are there they want you to maintain the trucks for free. Just when you thought your pay check was low enough she makes it even worse by charging you $106.50 for your work uniforms and another $74.00 per month to clean them. Since when does it cost that much to clean cloths. Someone is making money off you. I don't even know if that is legal. It took her (5) five weeks to get my first pay check. I heard several excuses until I go tired of asking and threatened not to come into work until there was a paycheck when I got there. Then when she did it was for only (2) weeks. So she was constantly 3 weeks behind on my pay checks. I don't even know if it is legal for a company to withhold 3 weeks of your pay indefinitely. But she does it. Do you want to give 3 weeks pay to your employer. That is an incentive to quit right there. So if you don't mind sitting around the yard for free waiting for a tow that may never come. Pay out excessive fees for your uniform and to have them cleaned. Wait several weeks to get paid. Then only get paid for two weeks. Be up all night on call for no pay then only to make peanuts. You will see. Then this is the job for you. And don't even try to reason with owner about these issues. She will hate you for it. read more

Horrible Service ...was dispatched by AAA at 5 pm 5/9/14 and told driver approx 45 min away..driver called at 6 pm and told me he had truck issues be there at 6:20. Then calls at 7th he can't find me..I'm on a major Road with a beacon flashing?...then another driver calls tells me my P/U TRUCK won't fit on his truck...BS...I'm also in the towing business..just away from my home area and they wereally told what I'm driving hours ago....so now they need more time to find the right flatbed for me..lol..Recalled AAA..They sent Blacks Towing ..they were there in 45 minutes out of their zone to get me and their truck was 30 miles away..Great Job BLACKS TOWING OF MURRIETTA, Ca. read more

My rig got stuck in the sand and called several towing companies and no one wanted to help, finally called Valley Auto very nice and helpful, They said they'll be there at 10:00 and they where there on time. Mark didn't give up when one chain couldn't pull us out he hooked up another chain and was able to pull us out...definitely recommend this place! read more
