I was here to watch my friend race in his first real race ever, and he took SECOND PLACE! But everyone we ran into out here was just amazing, very down to earth and friendly. The facilities were beautiful and the track seemed to be challenging without being over bearing!. Just an exciting and really good time in my opinion.

There are plenty of car shows that are free and include more of the type of cars that I like. Tickets for this event were close to $50 each! Luckily, I had a code for $10 off per ticket that I got from their tent where they were promoting Fuel Fest at another car show. We arrived later than I wanted to so it got dark out pretty fast. Our Uber also dropped us off at the wrong area so we had to walk around a bit to the entrance. For the people who drove and parked there, it looked like they were walking pretty far to get to their cars. Besides the car show, there was a car competition, and drifting going on when we arrived. I believe they also had drag racing, drift ride alongs, Lucha Libre wrestling and special guest appearances before that. Later on, they had a laser show by Made in Vietnam! That was cool to see! They were on for about an hour. We watched the majority of it and walked around to see the rest of the cars real quick before leaving. It was getting really cold out! The event had food trucks and drink stands. Didn't try anything but the food smelled good. The only thing needed out there that night were heaters! My hands were freezing towards the end. We left around 7ish Tip: screenshot your tickets/QR code or add to your mobile wallet ahead of time. There was little service there.

The track officials, promotor, and all the rest of the staff did an incredible job. The racing itself was super exciting and the track was wicked fast! Concessions were good, not great, but very reasonably priced. Tickets for the races are $20 for adults and children 11 & under are free. They do have beer for the adults and designated seating for those that do partake in the consumption of alcohol. Bring a stadium seat with you, you'll want one. They do sell them for $12 if you need to purchase one.

I got here at 12pm to get our table ready because apparently it's a packed house due to the prize amount being $200k assuming you win Turf Paradise races 3-8. I only won race 2 putting horse number 8, Dos Special Eye8Mark A. Jasso | Alex Garcia. With $2 to bet to win I won $15.80 haha! Betting on the horses using the trifecta way was very difficult and costly. You can go to the machines to bet where you'll get the change on a betting ticket to use as your money. Or you can use the cashiers to place your bets. We tried the bowl of beef chili (which was more like paste consistency rather than soup so we ate these with some of our nacho chips), nachos and chips with salsa and guacamole. Tables are very minimal and space is tight. Most are 4 chairs to a table. Our server was very friendly and attentive. There were mostly adults and few kids that attended today's event. This is wheelchair friendly too. Great for large groups as long as you reserve to have a bunch of tables near each other. I would come back again!

We arrived at 12:20 pm on a Sat and there was plenty of parking and the entrance line to the building was short. Some people in our party group arrived 30 min later and the line to get in was much longer. We were the first in our group to arrive. We paid $5 to enter and then took the escalator to the 2nd floor and stood in line for the hostess. Our friend had reserved 3 tables under her name. The hostess gave us 3 tickets with the reserved table numbers and directions on where to go. The indoor seating area has a great view of the track and surrounding mountains. There are menus on the table and a wait person will come around to take orders. There was no pressure to order anything so I just had water. You run a tab and pay the wait person before leaving. You can look out the window and see the race and each table had a tv monitor that shows each race. We didn't realize that our monitor was showing races from another location until a couple hours later. We fiddled with the controls but learned that only the waitress has the remote that can change the channel. Once we were on the "Turf Paradise" channel we could better follow the action. I was glad that one person in our group understood how betting worked as we needed an explanation. If desired we could walk outside to the bleacher area or down by the track. Races may only be on weekends during the months when it's not too hot outside. Overall it was a fun group activity.

Indy car races at the Phoenix Raceway was a really fun, really loud day. Remember to bring…read moreheadphones or ear plugs, especially for children. It was easy to understand parking and arrival. The trams to bring you to the track were available and running smoothly. Entry into the venue was also smooth. You are allowed to bring food and some drinks into the venue. Be sure to check the rules about what is prohibited. The seats were easy to access by stairs or elevators. The concessions were reasonable and the bathrooms were well stocked and clean. We walked around the venue after Indy race and before the NASCAR race and had fun at the booths and listening to interviews with drivers. The lines to get back to the trams were long and the parking lots were crazy busy, even after we waited. We expected that, but heard some people complain that they waited close to two hours to get out of the lots.

The process of getting in was quick and easy. There weren't many so the line was super short and quick. There is a limit # of people for the table. I believe we were over by 3-4 and they paid an extra $50/person, which isn't bad! Once we all got our wristbands, they walked us to our table next to main stage. Staff members were all friendly and service was quick! They'll even remove random people from your area who sneak in to get a better view. Tbh, the view was okay. A table is nice so you have a place to sit and you can put stuff down if needed, but being in the crowd with center view of the stage is actually much more fun! Another good thing about VIP is the cleaner bathrooms with shorter lines, which I do prefer. And of course, not having to wait in line for drinks is another plus. I believe my friend said the total for the table was $7k. My only regret that night was not walking around to check out the other stages! Stayed at main stage/VIP area the whole time. I wish I had explored a bit since it was my first time attending an event at this location.
