New to the area and found AZ Turn and Burn RC not far from me! Visited the shop about 3 times already in the past month and it's been a great experience, When you walk in your greeted by staff who are attentive and willing to help. They have a good attitude and make you feel welcomed! I went in today on Father's Day to get a fan motor installed on my Traxxas Slash Ultimate. Jonathan helped me and answered all my question and was knowledgeable and proficient.He made sure it was installed correctly and I felt he genuinely took pride in his work. I have also had interactions with other staff members in the past and they have all been great. This will be my go to shop from now on! Keep up the great job everyone and continue to provide good service so the hobby grows! & you set yourself apart from other shops!! I am an absolute noob to the rc car hobby. I stopped by Az Turn and Burn the other day hoping against hope they would have a part for an off brand rc car that I bought online. No dice. What they did have was an amazing selection of very nice cars and trucks. The staff was super helpful and never once treated me like a newbie. They answered all my questions,and I had a ton of them. let me tell you, this place was absolutely outstanding. I was on a job assignment and I did not have a charger for my and both of my batteries were completely dead I checked on Amazon it would take two days to get to me, but my job was one day away. Jake out of the grace of his heart said that he had the same drone at home and that he would charge my batteries for me and then I could pick them up later in the day Jake literally saved the day and I cannot be more thankful. I was just looking to upgrade the suspension for my car, honestly didn't know which direction to go there, and Justin was able to give me a ton of great ideas. Jeremy came up with a solid rec for how to proceed after today too so I could set it up to rip with a different motor. They have all kinds of new trucks/cars here, but there was also some used ones for sale too that I may be back for. They take their time with each item your looking for to make sure it works best for you. I will only take my business there. They answer all my questions. wide variety of cars, boats, planes, etc. They make it easy to upgrade the cars. The crawler course is so much fun. They explain what they are doing so your not in the dark or come to a shock at the end Never steer you in the wrong way. Very knowledgeable about each and every vehicle If they do not have the part right there, they will look up when they could get it in and order the parts they keep you updated If you have to leave your car, they make sure to keep you informed on what's going on. I stopped in over the weekend to look for dig/shift servos for my SCX10iii Gladiator. The guys working knew exactly what I needed to replace the unreliable Spektrum servos.
