At about that time another guy appeared from 'round the corner and helped me. They had much more than the first, uninterested employee let on. Once I went to check out I went back to the uninterested employee, who had been behind the register. He rung me up then unceremoniously stepped back from the counter and went, "Okay, there you go.", leaving me to awkwardly reach forward and grab my jumble of items I'd just paid for. The prices were fairly high, and given the fact that I felt uncomfortable asking a simple question and then made to feel even more awkward actually purchasing something...yeah, I just don't think I'll be back.

I took it home and when I assembled my model , it turned out one of the components was damaged (near the wires that were soldered) It cost $50 for a new one and they said that they weren't at fault and turned me down. No compensation... Pretty disappointed, as I don't really have a stable way to make money at 14...

Customer service is garbage but for 1 guy making it worth the trip. The value and pricing of parts should be lower due to the weak a** customer service. I am not the first nor the last to have this issue. Let's keep the hobby alive! No reason to kill it with salty a** people. This is as far as I go out of respect to the owner. But do not expect a friendly experience with RC's here.
