This practice, both office and clinical staff alike, goes out of their way to care for patients, even sissies like me. They are kind, patient and efficient even if you unexpectedly bring your child in to sit on your lap during a cleaning - purely hypothetical of course (wink). When a previous dentist told me I needed a list of other things done, Dr. Honore was honest and gave me reassurance that they weren't necessary. He once squeezed me into his busy schedule the morning after I chipped my front tooth on a fork while eating dinner; he worked his magic and after 15 minutes, you'd never know it was ever damaged. Best part is it didn't damage my wallet much either! They're closed on Fridays and their hygienist only works one day a week; it's worth the scheduling challenge as she's extra gentle. Dr. Honore himself will clean your teeth if Susie isn't in so don't fret! That's service you don't see every day... If you're in search of an honest dental practice that treats their patients like family, you should definitely make an appointment at Dr. Honore's....just don't take the last hygienist appointment, k?

I have been a patient with them for years, and they used to provide excellent care, but the past couple of months have been extremely disappointing. First, a dental assistant caused damage inside my mouth, creating a hole in my cheek that became infected, and they also broke my crown. I paid to replace the crown, but it broke again, and when they finally placed a new one, it fell out in less than a month. On top of that, they billed the wrong insurance and overcharged me. When they realized the mistake, the receptionist told me I would receive a refund. It has now been more than a month, and I still have not received my money back. The quality of care and customer service has declined significantly. I was treated very poorly, and after everything I experienced, I can no longer recommend this office to anyone.

After X-rays, I was told they couldn't actually treat the problem and that I would need to see their specialist -- with an appointment scheduled a MONTH later. A month. For a cracked wisdom tooth causing significant pain. But somehow, despite being unable to address the urgent issue I came in for, there was still time to discuss teeth whitening treatments and tell me I supposedly had multiple cavities that would require extensive work. I left, found another dentist the very next day, had the wisdom tooth removed immediately, and was told there were no cavities or other issues. I understand referrals happen. Specialists exist for a reason. What I do not understand is bringing in a patient in acute pain, failing to meaningfully help them, then pivoting to cosmetic upsells and questionable diagnoses while they're sitting there suffering. If your office cannot provide emergency treatment, be honest about that upfront. Don't tell people in pain you can help, only to turn the visit into a sales opportunity. I would strongly encourage anyone seeking urgent dental care to get a second opinion.

They were able to schedule me for the same day but due to scheduling conflicts on my part, I had to reschedule. I had several questions before my appt and was able to get through fairly easily. I got their voicemail when calling twice but I don't like leaving messages so I just called back at a later time. (While sitting at the dentist office, the staff gave their full attention to the patients so it's understandable that I got the voicemail at times.). Bonus - they were even able to schedule my nieces at the same time. Checking in - staff was friendly. Quick check in with no problems. Appt - not the fanciest office (other practices have TV's for patients and they didn't) but office was clean and catered to children. Staff was AMAZING. We were able to get through X-rays and cleaning with NO TEARS (kudos to Angelique). They never answer their phone or return calls. They make promises for dates and fall short. They avoid responsibility, and are rude on top of that. They are not mindful of your time and are often 30 minutes late. But if you're 5 minutes late, they will not complete the work in your appointment to typical standards in dentistry. I had dental impressions taken for a night guard taken 7 weeks ago and am moving out of state. I advised them of our moving date when I made the appointment and when the impressions were taken, and they said "no problem." I have called several times and left messages with further reminders, and no one answers or returns calls. It's been three weeks of this. Finally today I called from an anonymous number and someone answered to inform me that the guard was not in from the lab and I demanded she call them to follow up, and call me back. I paid for the guard in full 7 weeks ago, and this is completely ridiculous. I've never had this bad of service from any medical provider and will be filing a complaint with my insurance. Don't waste your time or money here for a practice that lacks integrity to properly handle their Care.
