The car had some cosmetic damages on the bumper and it got into a very minor accident, but ran smoothly. Last Friday, I took the car to three Honda dealers with the hope of trading that in and buying a new car. One dealer did not want to take it and the other two dealers offered 8.5 and 9 thousand. The second of them also told me that no one would give me more for my car. On Saturday, a friend told me to try webuyanycar and Carmax. I filled some information on my car on their websites and got estimates of 11500 and 11000, respectively. I made an appointment to come to the Lawrenceville branch of webuyanycar on Monday. I was hopeful, but was also worried that after test-driving my car, they would find all kinds of defects and offer me 8 or 9 thousand. When I showed up, Jeff quickly got into testing the car. After 30-40 minutes of testing, he asked if I would sell the car the same day if he offered me 11500. I couldn't believe that I was being offered the same amount that I was offered on their website. I said "yesssss". After 5-10 minutes, he said "done--11500". Jeff also offered me a couple of bags to move my things from the car. About 10-15 minutes later, I walked out with a check of $11500. The whole experience was so unbelievably great! I would use them in future for selling cars and recommend everyone to give them a chance while selling their cars. I also told Jeff to start a new car dealership to allow people in this area to have a pleasant car-buying experience!!!

Buyers beware. I…read morepurchased a vehicle from Mark Motors via eBay. The vehicle appeared clean and in good condition superficially. After winning the auction, I drove to their lot to finalize payment and pickup the vehicle. During my inspection, I noticed that the driver seat did not recline and was permanently stuck inclined towards the steering wheel. I pointed this out to the sales agent named Chris who seemed kind and trustworthy up until that point. He told me, "Take it to a dealership and send me the bill to fix it." Given that it seemed like such a simple and affordable repair, I took his word and drove the truck off the lot. I did take the truck to the dealership who warned me that the tires were dry-rotted and that the axle was badly damaged. Of course, one of the tires deflated soon after and was unable to be repaired. I emailed Chris the estimate for the seat adjuster repair, as well as plead for some compensation for these major problems revealed. No reply. I tried for weeks to reach him via phone and email. He never responded to email and only once took my call to tell me he'd 'get on it'. Nothing ever came; I'm frustrated by his deception and have resigned to pay out-of-pocket to restore the truck to a sufficient level of safety. My conclusion is that this company is unscrupulous. When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.

Before the sale, I spent considerable time on FaceTime walking him through the car in detail. I showed him the condition of the vehicle, answered all of his questions, and even offered to have a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) performed before finalizing the deal. He declined and said he was comfortable moving forward. The transaction took approximately five days to complete. At no point before payment did he express concerns about accidents, paintwork, or any major issues with the vehicle. After taking possession of the car, the story suddenly changed. He began claiming that the car had been in an accident, had paintwork, and had numerous other issues. He then started asking for money back because he believed he had paid too much for the vehicle. What I found most telling is that when he expressed these concerns, I immediately offered to unwind the deal entirely and provide a full refund in exchange for the car. He declined. If the vehicle truly had all of the serious issues he claimed, accepting a full refund would seem like the obvious choice. The car left my possession covered in full PPF. After he began removing the PPF, additional claims started appearing. Despite the extensive list of alleged problems, the total repair bill from Porsche was reportedly only around $1,500. For someone claiming there were major undisclosed issues, that amount certainly tells a different story. Another concern he raised involved the engine and overall condition of the car. However, the over-rev report reportedly came back clean. Once again, the facts did not appear to support the claims being made. There was also confusion regarding Apple CarPlay. He insisted that the car should have come with factory-installed CarPlay. I explained that 2016 GT3 RS models did not come equipped with Apple CarPlay from the factory and that the system in the car was an OEM-style retrofit that I personally installed. Despite this explanation, he continued insisting I was wrong. I eventually sent him information confirming that 2016 GT3 RS models were not equipped with factory Apple CarPlay. At that point, I suggested that before accusing someone of misrepresenting a vehicle, it's important to fully understand the model being purchased--especially when dealing with high-end Porsches. During the 1.5 years I owned this GT3 RS, it was never involved in an accident and was never painted to my knowledge. I represented the car honestly, answered every question, offered a PPI before the sale, and even offered a full refund after the sale. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone buying or selling a vehicle to document everything, conduct all inspections before completing the transaction, and make sure any concerns are addressed before money changes hands. This review reflects my personal experience. Others can evaluate the facts and draw their own conclusions.

No matter what make or model you are looking for, there is a very strong chance they have it. What really stood out is the freedom to test drive multiple cars at your own pace. I test drove about six vehicles and even went back to retest one. Being able to take the cars out, get a real feel for them, and compare helped me make a very informed decision. I worked with an amazing team: Ross (sales), Steve (finance manager), and Sean (Shawn) in finance who handled the paperwork. Each of them made the experience exceptional. Ross was outstanding. I came in with only a general idea of what I wanted, more about the feel, power, and certain non negotiable features, and Ross listened carefully. Based on that, he curated an excellent lineup for me. After each test drive, he paid attention to my reactions and adjusted accordingly. He ultimately guided me to a car I had never even considered, but it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, my dream car. Ross was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. He provided true customer service. When I noticed something slightly off with the brakes, he personally test drove the car to confirm my concern, and they immediately fixed the issue before I took delivery. Every question or concern I had, Ross handled quickly and professionally. He truly gets to know his customers, which is rare in today's car buying experience. Steve in finance was equally impressive. He came out, introduced himself, shook my hand, and focused on understanding my situation rather than pushing for a payment amount. He found me the best possible deal, even beating my pre approval, without excessive credit inquiries. He provided a detailed breakdown of every item before I signed anything and allowed me to accept or decline options with zero pressure. I was able to customize my package completely, which I have never experienced before. I walked out paying exactly what I expected, which is unheard of in car buying. Sean (Shawn) handled the paperwork and made the signing process smooth and stress free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided copies of anything I requested. He kept the atmosphere relaxed and conversational, which really helped ease any anxiety. Even with multiple test drives and resolving a small issue, I was in and out in under four hours. That is incredibly efficient for such a thorough and personalized experience. Overall, if you are looking for an outstanding car buying experience, Auto Lenders of Princeton is the place to go. I came in unsure and left with a vehicle I absolutely love. I will definitely return again and again.

Much to my surprise, I get a phone call from my mechanic telling me it needs $1000 in work and thats just to pass inspection. On top of that, it needs belts and a third brake light. Son of a B! Called Arctic Motors and calmly asked them to verify that they did inspect the truck before they sold it to me and that it was in fact free of any major problems(the truck is ten years old, I was expecting it to probably need some minor maintenance stuff like fluids, air filter, wipers etc)which they responded and "Yeah everything looked good" After I told them about the extensive list of issues, they immediately dismissed it. "Well its not making noise so it doesn't need to be fixed". Oh, they're those types of mechanics. They did offer to replace the parts for about half the price but, seeing as I am 90 miles away from them, not to mention that I no longer trust them, I just ended the call with "I'll get back to you" Stupid me put my trust in the fact that they had over 500 positive feedback on ebay. I just thought that since they are a licensed dealership they'd make sure to sell quality cars and fix ones that need work before selling them to ensure customer satisfaction. So long story short, I got ripped off. The truck is still very nice and I am happy with it, but if they listed it as in perfect running and working condition, it should have been that way. I'd recommend shopping for your next vehicle else where or bringing your own mechanic to look over the car before you buy it.
