He's professional and damn, I can easily mistake the carpet for a baby polar bear's bottom--it's that soft and clean! I saw a lot of good reviews for TNT Carpet Care so I decided to give them a try. I called, and Troy answered. He was a really nice guy and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He showed up the next day and seemed genuinely happy about his job (something I hadn't seen with other cleaners) A couple of days after he came out and I must say was some of the best service ever. He moved a lot of furniture and just told me to relax. He was extremely thorough and made sure that I had nothing to worry about. I must say that I'll never go anywhere else. We had had our apartment's old dingy brown wall to wall carpet cleaned a year ago by another firm and were never satisfied. Troy discussed the job with us & offered a fair price. Both we and Troy felt that this carpet would need replacing before the apartment is rented again, but we were tired of looking at the dirt. He arrived promptly at the agreed date and time. I used to clean carpets professionally and had never seen the type of machine Troy uses, which is way beyond the usual steam wand/vacuum. When he was done it looked noticeably better. After a day or two we saw that the living room was still not as clean as places in the apartment that don't get much traffic. Some people think carpet cleaners are all the same.....well they are not. Troy at TNT did an excellent job at my home. He took his time and made sure to clean every inch of my carpet. I was thoroughly impressed. There were a few stains on the stairs that were completely gone when Troy got done. I couldn't even find where they were before. I own several rental properties and have had to use carpet cleaners in the past. they did an ok job, but if I was going to live there I would want it a little better.
