I was told someone would call me back, but I never received a call. When I dropped off my laundry, the employee told me it would be approximately forty-something dollars per bag. I left three bags based on that information. However, I was later charged by the pound, and the total came to nearly $160. The per-pound pricing was not clearly explained to me before I left my laundry. I was also required to leave a credit card saved in their system, which made me uncomfortable. I am now waiting for someone to call me on Monday regarding my refund. Clear and accurate pricing should always be provided before accepting a customer's laundry. Sadly, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Once you arrive at the building there's 2 lanes for drive thru. You stay in your car and they come to you. They search your account by your phone number. Since I've never been the lady who assisted me asked me to come in to create a profile which took about 2mins or less. Just name, address, phone and email. I brought in 4 items she gave me a pick up receipt and told me it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. I picked up the next morning, today at 8:30am I was greeted by one of the kind workers. I gave her my pick up receipt and payment. She brought out the clothes and placed it nicely hanging behind the drivers seat. The clothes look great and for pricing I have nothing to compare it too but it was affordable. So happy with the quality of their work, quick service and their great customer service. I would definitely recommend and come back for my dry cleaning needs.

He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off. Then I thought, why not call Guardian and see if they can fix the impossible one last time? (Carpet is 12 years old). So Mike came out yesterday and cleaned the carpet thoroughly and today it looks brand new, feels soft and smells great. (Actually there is no odor at all so in my book that is great. I hate the perfumed smell or the cleaner smell). So I'm giving my shout out to Guardian. I will say that it is somewhat more expensive than other places like Chemdry or local cleaners and I've had a couple come out on groupon buys--but Mike is so superior that I don't mind paying more for the results. I talked to the owner and tried to fix this but the owner didn't care. loss of time and a huge headache.
