My husband debated between the chicken pot pie and Mac and cheese and ended up with the pasta. We all thought it was delicious but he felt it was a small portion size. The quality of the food was a plesent surprise, and made it stand out amongst the crowded field of Mexican restaurants in the Mankato area. Most of the time the rice and beans are just there to fill the plate, but these had real flavor and texture.
