He kept it running for another year and half and in mid 2011 we used him to to put in a brand new furnace and central air. It was a pretty straightforward job. He replaced our old oil fired furnace with a brand new natural gas Carrier Infinity furnace and central A/C. We had no issues with that equipment when we sold our home 8 years later in 2019. Fast forward to 2020. We purchased a new house with Geo Thermal heating and cooling. We were excited for it until a month after moving in (November) the heat stopped working. Only one company in the area works on geo thermal and they determined it had a massive leak in the loop system in our yard, but they did not know where. They were kind enough to let me know that the loop system is 100 year life span pipe! Well apparently it isn't. Rather than invest major bucks in a brand new loop and with winter fast approaching we again called Todd with TSK. This time around TSK had more work to do. While our home had natural gas, it was built with Geo Thermal so there was more work to do putting in conventional heating and cooling. Todd and his crew got rid of the Geo Thermal system and had us up and running with a brand new high efficiency Lennox furnace and central air. He got the furnace installed fast, the night he completed the work we went from 30 degree weather to single digits. I can't say enough good things about TSK. I did get other quotes and TSK by far was they cheapest. Even if TSK was not the cheapest I probably would have still hired TSK as I know they do quality work and stand behind what they do!

Patti, the service dispatcher, is an absolute delight and is always able to get someone to the house in a timely manner. Ryan, the happy plumber, has done several jobs for us. He not only fixes our plumbing problems, but often makes improvements as well. And seriously, he really seems to love his job! Then today, our furnace stopped working. Just stopped! Patti was able to arrange for someone to get here within a couple of hours. Christian and John arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, went and got the needed part then repaired the furnace in a timely manner. They even performed a full cleaning and service on the furnace while they were here. They were super friendly and professional! Aaron and his crew did an outstanding job during the two day installation. There was a minor hiccup that Aaron diagnosed and fixed in about five minutes. They thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside after the work was done (a rare thing these days!). Aaron's attention to detail is second to none - leveling the AC unit (my previous one was never quite level), installing an easy shutoff switch, clean seam lines on ductwork. Nick, who was my first contact, was extremely helpful through the pre-installation process especially helping me find low cost financing. I highly recommend Glamorgan.

I had a partially clogged toilet. Two people came, decided I needed drain system vent…read morerepair/replacement. They did not check for clogs in the system. Took two guys four hours or so. Did the work, $1800.00 plus tax. Toilet flushed for about an hour or two then stopped working again. Called back, was told I needed a septic system vent-$3200.00 more, called a septic company, they came to the house, checked they system and told me I DID NOT need a vent for the system. So I called another plumber, he snaked the toilet, found a mineral buildup, cleaned it out, just over $200.00 and it has worked fine since. Called Glamorgan back, was told the owner would contact me. That was weeks ago-no longer expecting a call. The work to replace the vent was probably done OK, kind of pricey, the follow up was not OK. I also had asked for a couple quotes on other things while they were at my home. Glamorgan was just about twice the price of others I later checked with. The plumbers were pleasant, did leave a huge mess, and arrived on time. The work was expensive, did not solve the problem, and the owner never tried to contact me. I suspect they really do not like to be told they made a mistake plus they charge more than others in the area. Bottom line is-I will not use them again or recommend them to others. Buyer beware, try and get a second estimate or talk to others that have used them. My experience was not good and I did not like being talked down to when I pointed out they did not fix my problem.
