Aaron and his crew did an outstanding job during the two day installation. There was a minor hiccup that Aaron diagnosed and fixed in about five minutes. They thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside after the work was done (a rare thing these days!). Aaron's attention to detail is second to none - leveling the AC unit (my previous one was never quite level), installing an easy shutoff switch, clean seam lines on ductwork. Nick, who was my first contact, was extremely helpful through the pre-installation process especially helping me find low cost financing. I highly recommend Glamorgan.

The technician came to our home and gave us only a verbal quote--nothing in writing. As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project. It's disappointing, especially given our positive experience in the past, but communication and proper documentation are essential, and this time it just didn't happen.

From water tank leaks/replacement, furnace / AC issues, water softener installs he is my go to. He is thorough with his troubleshooting understanding root cause before replacing parts. He always explains everything that he is doing and where the issue is. As a female, i appreciate that he doesn't talk down to me which many repair companies do on repair calls. Rob is also very cost conscious for the consumer. He tries to do the fix as affordable as possible without compromising quality. I've never had a call back for the same work. He is honest and trustworthy. Right now, I have a furnace that is on its last leg. He has repaired it in hopes that it makes it to a point where costs come down for me. Not many companies would continue to do that, but Rob does. Highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs!

On the day of the work, he did not show up and is not responding to my calls or text messages. I showed up to the business location specified in the website, only to find out that he no longer occupies the property and that people other than myself have asked about him. Also I should note that his license might be expired, as indicated in the image attached from cslb.ca.gov . AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS!!!
