The waiting room is right in the front of the entire car wash so it's entertaining seeing your car getting done makes time go by fast. I did not try the vacuum today but was surprised at how clean the windows were including the rims. Overall, better than expected and my car was dirty coming in. There were drinks, water, and coffee. Sitting at the window, I could see the cars and teams in action... and they were really hustling! There was definitely a system-- cars directed towards specific areas for different washes, and each team member focused on a specific duty. Everyone seemed like they were working hard. And Faris would walk around to check on each car, scribble some code on the windows to mark the progress, and ensure everything went smoothly. Teamwork at its finest-- very neat! And the actual car wash result? Pretty much spotless! My car was so shiny and the wheels were the cleanest they've been in a long time. There was still a small bit of wiping swirl noticeable on the inside and when I drove off, some water hiding near the side mirrors slid off onto the sides.
