In short, there was little attention to detail. I could have driven my truck through a carwash tunnel and dried it myself for the same result and a third of the cost. I expect to get what I pay for. This place is the equivalent of how you feel when you go to the spa to get your nails done, but it's your car. They were incredibly thorough and still finished in a timely manner. About 45 minutes from when I got in line (decently busy) until the car was done and clean! You're able to sit inside in the nice A/C and do computer work with their free WiFi. Or sit outside and watch sports on the TV. (Or u can go across the street for a delicious burger) I have a dog that travels with me everywhere. So yes, my car smells like dog! Inside wipe down was non existent front windshield was hazy from dirty towels wiping it. But the cherry on top was 2 hours after leaving realizing my rear floor mat was missing. Luckily the next morning I called and they still had the mat.
