I requested for the internal of my truck to be cleaned, they didn't even have to do the outside. I don't know what they did but it wasn't cleaned. Dashboard still dusty, doors still dusty, steering wheel still dusty, everything still dusty. Seems like the only thing done was wiping my floor and i had to tell them to do that! & the truck wasn't even that dirty because i already partially cleaned it. Decided to try The Car Wash after the hand wash business, one block south, that I have been using for the past seven years had a longer wait than I had time for. The Car Wash people were nice but there was no attention to detail. Paid for a mini detail. My console cover was not cleaned, console still had sawdust on it, floor mats not properly cleaned. In short, there was little attention to detail. I could have driven my truck through a carwash tunnel and dried it myself for the same result and a third of the cost. I expect to get what I pay for. I will be returning to the hand wash a block south, even when the wait is longer than I would like. read more

Such a great experience to come to for a hand wash! Came here on a Saturday morning around 10AM and I have a large SUV & got the mini detail package that came out to $60 with tax my car came out so clean and they finished it so fast! They quoted me that it would take roughly around 45 mins and was exactly that. They have a punch card system as well so every time you come in you get credit towards a free car wash. The waiting room is right in the front of the entire car wash so it's entertaining seeing your car getting done makes time go by fast. They do have free drinks in the waiting area & the AC inside is nice as well. **I did come in once on the weekend to get my car seats shampooed and they said due to how busy it gets on the weekends they don't have time shampoo seats and they only do it during the week when it's slower which made sense just a heads up!** Overall great car wash & save your receipt for a 15% discount at the burger joint across the street :) read more

This car wash is conveniently located near me, however; the inefficiencies are unbelievable. The staff is polite and seem to be aware of the inefficiencies which is the purpose behind my writing this review. I wish they could come up with a more efficient way of handling their lines as blocking off certain lanes with cones causes traffic on shepherd street and it's unsafe. I was in line to get my car washed and decided to go somewhere else because it's just too much. It also created a bottle neck for traffic trying to exit. It would be great if the owners could consider a more efficient way of handling their traffic lines. read more

Jumping into my friend's car after her car wash reminded me that my car really needed a wash. Off to The Car Wash for the first time we went. They have the prices clearly labeled upon arrival for the different levels for each type of car too. Upon walking in to pay, the cashier already had me rang up. She even took my name and number to call for us to walk over to the Burger Joint for lunch while my car was getting detailed. If we decided to wait there, there is plenty of space to hang out along with a complimentary snack and coffee or water. If you get decide to get food at the Taco Stand or the Burger Joint, you receive your 15% discount from the Car Wash receipt. Super convenient to walk over while waiting on a busy Saturday. Upon returning for my car, my car was nicely detailed including the windows which I feel a lot of places mess up. I did the Super Clean this round. I was disappointed with my experience here. I came around noon on a Wednesday and wanted a full detail with my seats and carpets shampooed. I pulled up to the "detail" line and waited over 20 minutes and no one ever approached me. I noticed the other line was moving faster so I made the block and got in that line. I was told at 12:23pm that the did not shampoo after noon. I thought this was shady so I went to another place off of Yale street and got much better service with seats and carpets shampooed at a much better price. read more

I went there for a basic car wash. the waiting area was very nice, with many free beverages to choose from, WiFi, fans outside with a TV, and AC inside. The wash was efficient and good! It is a little pricier than some other places, but feel it is a good value for the amenities you are getting as you wait. You can also use your receipt to get a discount at The Burger Joint and I believe also Taco Stand that day if that is also how you choose to wait. read more

I saw someone holding a sign for a $9.99 car wash and so I pulled in and when I did, the owner actually came and shook my hand and asked me which car wash I wanted and when I told him I wanted the one that was on the sign. He said it would just be five dollars more because I have an SUV. The car was very clean and everyone worked really hard and it was the fastest I have ever had a car clean. They also offer a punchcard for a basic car wash and then you can get 15% off at the taco stand or the burger joint with your receipt, but for that day only. read more

My car was not cleaned, there were white ....water or dried soap spots all over my windows and car. I showed one of the guys and he responded in Spanish, shrugging his shoulders like there was nothing he could do. Mind you, the package that I paid for was not the basic tier. I went there to have exterior wash. I chose not to do the inside, but somebody kept sitting in my car and going through my car. I was told he was moving the car, but there was an SUV in front of him so he couldn't move it. instead of taking responsibility for his staff. The manager or owner told me I was being prejudice. I would not recommend this place. plus there were like 10 workers there but the werent working on any cars just missing around. Do not go there. I was interested in getting my car washed, I love the aesthetic of this car wash. The prices are affordable, if you just do the exterior it's about $10. However, if you do the whole nine, it's about $30. They have different options and does offer memberships for those who are interested. One thing I appreciate about businesses, is when they offer complementary beverages as clients wait. To me, that is considerate service,simple fact that we may wait X amount of time for our car to be washed. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with the price and the outcome of my car wash. Also, they provide you with a reward program, you will get a punch for every visit for a redeemable service. They also offer a 15% discount at the burger joint and I believe the taco stand. Great value/quality car wash. Everyone is very nice. Spoke to owner for a bit as well, very nice guy. He used to be a professional fighter which was really cool to hear. Car wash down the street literally cost $50 more. My car looks BRAND NEW. The Car Wash will be my new go to place. My car was very dirty, I literally didn't recognize it when I first went in after wash. Looks brand new straight out of dealership.
