We rented a washer and dryer from these folks and soon after they were "sold" to another company (Appliance Warehouse). Suddenly our bills were twice what we had agreed to with all sorts of vague, unexplained charges being added, plus a $15 charge that just randomly appeared with no explanation. Called both Azuma and Appliance Warehouse and were told by both companies that they were unable to access the records or contract, so they were just going to keep billing us as per the higher charges.
