The person answering the phone pretended to be a pirate? Legitimately kept up the act the entire phone call until we hung up. I wish I was making this up but unfortunately this is the level of professionalism and care they have for prospective clients. They clearly don't have any desire to actually provide a service (aside from the service of wasting your time with jokes and impersonations). Nothing about this business feels safe, caring and professional. I highly recommend not wasting your time. Edit (based on company response): "International talk like a pirate day" is September 19th 2022 and this interaction happened on April 22nd, 2022. The response from Aaron (the business owner) displays the lack of care they have for their customers. It is clear based on my initial interaction followed by Aaron's response that they treat their business as a joke. I would not trust myself or anyone else in their vehicles. If this is how they handle a booking call, imagine how they would handle a serious situation. Again, do not trust these people with your business. They are obviously some sort of a scam.

Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer.
