Unfortunately we had an issue with our window flare causing problems and this is where Chad really shined. He acknowledged our concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve it. Transparently I was being a bit of a Karen too when the issue happened. Despite this Chad stayed professional, understanding, and was doing everything he could to make sure we were happy. I called them out, and they say old roots are causing the problems and they will charge me $3,500 to fix it. If there was a problem with roots, shouldn't they have discovered it before they did the job and told me there was a problem? When I called to complain, they said they are not an arborist, and I am left with large holes that I can trip in and break a leg.
