Decided to remodel my front yard. Owner was very reliable and punctual. Had a small plumbing issue while installing the grass as the mainline pipe had corroded and was leaking a lot of water which I never noticed since it's been buried under the existing grass. They went ahead and took care of the issue. Obviously the price went up due to that issue which is understandable. Luckily, they were very aware of how to repair that issue. They are very versed in other home remodel/repairs which makes it easier to hire them. Owner is very reasonable and will make sure to get the job done correctly. Great work by the whole staff. From the start, Pastor was very responsive via text so it was easy to schedule an estimate and coordinate my installation date. He offered a competitive price, but what really set him apart was the turf samples he had which were really great quality, and again, his responsiveness and customer service. He also works with treated wood for borders instead of bend-a-board which degrades over time. The day of installation, he was on time, graded the area, brought in dirt and filller, compacted it and laid the turf. Being in a pool area with lots of traffic, I was worried how he would do the edges and if the turf would come up over time and cause people to trip. But the workers chistled in the edges so it looks so clean, and they hammered in a TON of super long nails along EVERY edge, so it is solid! After finishing the job in just a day, they did an amazing job cleaning up too! They used a blower to get rid of dust and debris and then hosed everything down.
