Holy crap! It's not often I'm impressed by contractors but Chad really raised the bar. We were looking to do artificial turf for our backyard and had called various companies. We went with CST bc Chad was responsive, pricing was reasonable, and he had stellar reviews. I now understand why they are so good. On the day of install his crew showed up and were professional, detailed, and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and inspected every section of the artificial turf to ensure precise application. Unfortunately we had an issue with our window flare causing problems and this is where Chad really shined. He acknowledged our concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve it. Transparently I was being a bit of a Karen too when the issue happened. Despite this Chad stayed professional, understanding, and was doing everything he could to make sure we were happy. The experience humbled me and reminded me that not everyone is out to take advantage of you. There are still some really honest, kind, and reliable contractors out there. Chad is definitely at the top of this list. I really appreciated that his goal was to do right by us. I will definitely be referring, praising, and telling everyone about CST and Chad. My neighbor and I hired Chad to install artificial turf on our properties back in June. Chad told us his crew would leave us a few scrap pieces of turf left over from the job for us to keep in case it was ever damaged . Unfortunately, Chad apparently didn't tell his crew this, because when they finished the job they cleaned up the property and took every last piece of scrap turf with them. Then, less than a week after the artificial turf was installed, one of the city's trees fell on our property damaging the new turf and tearing a small hole in it. I contacted Chad immediately on June 16 to schedule a time for someone to come out and repair the hole and hopefully give us some of the scrap pieces that he told us he would give us. On June 17, Chad responded and told us that he was booked through July 13, and he would let me know "ASAP" when he could fit us into his schedule. After not hearing from him for a month, I emailed Chad again on July 13 to ask when he would be able to fit us into his schedule, or in the alternative, could I stop by his office and pick up a few pieces of scrap so I could hire someone else to repair the turf? Chad responded that same day that he would "figure it out" and let me know. After not hearing from Chad for another five weeks, I emailed Chad again on August 22 to ask if I could stop by his office and pick up a few scrap pieces of turf. Still no response... so I ended fixing our damaged turf with some tape from Home Depot, and it came out looking pretty good. Notwithstanding our experience described above, Chad's crew did a nice job with the install and we are generally pleased with how it looks. read more

I received 4 estimates on getting synthetic turf in a couple areas in my yard. I found & contacted Center Stage on Yelp and received an immediate reply. Chad was very accommodating to my schedule in setting up an appointment. He was on time and very friendly yet professional. One of the main areas I needed turf was between some large concrete diamonds in the center of my yard. And I needed them to look good. Chad was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. He was very patient in waiting for me to make a decision on the company I wanted to hire. Chad was very easy to work with and his company does excellent work. I know the crisscross areas between the diamonds was not as easy area to do, as it has to be compacted and prepped by hand, but they did any amazing job. On January 8, 2021 Chad, the owner, showed up at my door with a new hose to replace the damaged one. He wanted to see the old hose. I took him to the location his men where at on my property. As I explained to him what I saw, his men using my water and the guys on my on the reseeded lawn he interrupted me and said my lawn was fine. And my lawn is fine folks! But Chad just wanted me to take down these posts. I have since also received a email saying sorry for taking so long to get the hose to you and to please take down the Yelp posts.
