For whatever reason you may be at this jewelers for, don't do ANY business with Sam (I think that's what his name is) he is a big, burly guy; hard to miss. I went into the store today to check out a Rolex and as well as considering trading in my current one. And basically what he said is my watch is 6 years old and he can't open the back of the watch (because it's Rolex sealed) so therefore my watch is possibly unauthentic and something doesn't "feel right" but failed to give me an explanation on WHY something was off or even attempt guide me through the process (I brought the box, cover and warranty/purchase card). Don't Rolex "authorized" dealers have more resources than that to determine an authenticity? Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset that he wasn't interested in the watch, I'm upset at the fact that a Rolex AD employee didn't do any proper tests nor guide me through his tests nor gave me any explanation on what was wrong rather implying that I piss off becuase he can't figure it out. Highly dissatisfied with the service. Not to mention he said all this in an extremely rude tone. Definitely don't recommend him to be your salesperson. Customer service is right down the drain with this guy. He certainly doesn't deserve to earn your $18,000 business. read more

I went in to get a watch resized today and the service couldn't have been better! The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was how nice, clean, and amazing it smelt actually. The staff came and asked what I was in for today. They sized my watch right away for me and then I asked about a diamond bracelet I have had for awhile as well. They cleaned my bracelet for me and wouldn't even let me pay them for either service. Truly nice people and I actually plan to buy jewelry next time I go in! read more

Poor customer service! I went here with my brother in law to pick out an engagement ring for my sister. We told the guy what we were looking for and the price range. He came out with a diamond double the price we were wanting to spend total. We asked to see a smaller diamond that would be in the price range and he wouldn't even go and get a different one. He was very rude and obviously just wanted to get us out of there since he wouldn't show us any other diamonds. We went to the neighboring jewelery store and they were so friendly and helpful there. If I could give zero stars I would. My now husband bought my engagement ring here. We had it appraised by a local family owned jeweler and found out the ring/band was used and the diamond had a large fracture through the entirety of it. Found out even though he paid $6000 for a 3/4 carat the ring and band was only worth $1500 resell value. Frustrated we ranted to my husbands best friend about it, and then found out he also went to azzi. he had his appraised by his local grand ledge jeweler. They were sold a FAKE diamond. Azzi couldn't even deny it and gave them their money back. Long story short please do not go there. We're now trying to figure out a way to upgrade my ring only to get rid of being associated with this crooked ass place. read more

Do not go here! I would never trust this store. I have been here twice and both times they messed up my pandora charms, one time they didn't even put it in the box. It was gift wrapped my mom opened it and there was noting in there! Had to go back. The next time I got 2 charms and realized later after looking at the receipt they overcharged me for a different charm. If they can't do something as simple as sell someone a charm I can't imagine trusting them with an expensive diamond. I will never go here again. read more
