To preface, I have eaten at Monical's numerous times, and at this particular location, at least 20+…read moretimes. I love Monical's pizza. We had a reservation for 20 in the private room. We called ahead, in order to give the restaurant adequate notice. It was a Monday night, the restaurant had TWO other parties in the general seating area. Upon arriving, we were seated to the private room. The private room accommodates well over 40+ people, however the room can be divided in half for smaller parties, which was our case. Half of the private room was set up - the other half was not, with the lights off. After arriving, we realized our party count was 26, rather than 20. With the other half of the private room empty, we decided to ask management to turn on the lights to the other half of the room, so that we could comfortably seat our party, of 6 extra people. After being directed to the manager, he rudely answered us that our party reservation was for 20 and he would not turn the lights on to the other half of the room. His demeanor was so incredibly rude, we were dumbfounded. The restaurant had multiple employees working. Rather than accommodate the extra 6 people, we asked the manager if he would like us to take our business elsewhere, to which he responded "yes". We left, extremely disappointed with the deplorable management and service. The manager, clearly, would rather have a near empty restaurant, than be grateful for the business. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

We ordered Marcos pizza & even when the young man delivered the pizza, it felt comfortable, like we were home. The pizzas are always amazing and they just do a really great job! I can tell that a lot of passion and love went into this pie! I think I have found my new favorite. The delivery was made and the delivery driver was well dressed and neat in appearance, and seemed to enjoy her job. She greeted me with a smile as big as Texas and handed me this amazing pizza to which I promptly paid her and added a good tip. Customer service and courtesy go a long way towards repeat business. The pizza was very heavy...unlike the other pizza company whose name rhymes with "blahminoes" Make sure you use 2 hands and bend at the knee when you try to hold this warm succulent mass of goodness. When I opened the box, I could feel the steam from the pizza caressed my face briefly as I was hit with the unmistakable Olfactory bliss of melted melted cheese and veggies laid gingerly next to pepperonis and nestled next to them? Only the finest Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, green peppers, and onions...oh and did I mention cheeeeeseee? Oh my......it reminded me of the Government surplus cheese I had when I was a young man. Oh what a treat!! Of course, an aside to that....we were very poor so when we received the giant box of cheese, we would eat beans and cheese, fried potatoes and cheese, biscuits and cheese, and, as a result the entire family would be bound up for a week and consequently would have to drink castor oil to loosen things up....any way ....back to the pizza: the crust was very tender and almost a buttery flavor and was also stuffed with cheese and pepperoni (this is pure genius, I dream of a jalapeño popper infused crust). The pizza was cut into triangles as most are, and handling the pizza was really just a matter of folding it so that the mega portion wouldn't fall off....the first bite was a sensation journey of excellence that even Gordon Ramsey could appreciate...he would probably stand silently in awe of the chef who created this epic pizza pie.
