The pizza just didn't have the same quality it used to and the breadsticks were very rubbery. Service was fine, but what stood out -- in a bad way -- was an employee sleeping on the floor in the doorway, within 15 feet of our table. At first, we weren't sure who they were or what was going on, which made it hard to relax or enjoy our meal. Eventually they got up, checked their phone, and went back to the kitchen, which raised even more concerns. We've had so many great visits here over the years, so this one really stood out. Hoping it was just an off day and not the new normal.

I think with some more training and work on confidence, this could be improved. As a recommendation, I think having a photo of the apps would be helpful -- our table ordered the hay fries and were surprised that they were just a pizza cut differently. We would have ordered something else had we known. There is also a weird vibe at the restaurant -- I think the acoustics need some engineering because it felt a little off with how quiet it was. The soda also seemed off -- I think the syrup ratio was incorrect. The Dr. Pepper tasted like cherry cough syrup. It's also odd that all drinks come in super tiny cups -- water and sodas alike.
