I got the jacket and then a pair of shorts, and wanted more. I went back to get more and of course nothing there. So I headed over to Ross and got 3 different pairs at a screaming deal. Why have I not been shopping here? All name brand stuff, for a fraction of what I'd pay elsewhere. I suppose my only gripes are the lines. They also have some pretty serious theft problems so they have some very restrictive rules with trying on clothes etc. All in all, I'm going back when I want more. The heck with paying top dollar at name brand stores.

I have been to this one before when I used to live in the area, so it doesn't surprise me they don't have fitting rooms. Unfortunately, retail theft has become a major issue, & many businesses have had to adapt. I've shopped at several Rainbow locations over the years, including San Bernardino store & the former Broadway location in downtown L.A. Although that store has since closed, all experiences were okay. This location is one of the largest Rainbow stores I've seen, with a huge selection of clearance items, shoes, accessories, & playful (budget friendly) clothing. It reminded me of the fun fashion stores from the '90s and early 2000s, like Forever 21 and Q Fashion. The staff was Ok, they were obviously focused on loss prevention, which is understandable given the area. Overall, my experience was standard and would stop by again looking for affordable, trendy styles. After reading some of the reviews, I can see where the concerns came from, but hopefully better communication between customers, store staff & management, can help resolve those issues.

However, I bought some gifts here and was told by the cashier I had until a certain day to return them. I was told that the gift was a size small. So when I went to return it they refused because it was part of a bogo 50% off promotion! Mind you I only bought one pair! They wouldn't even let me exchange for one size difference! Extremely rude customer service! Also, one of the leggings I gave as a gift ripped from the ankle within hours of her wearing them. I will avoid this store from now on!
