Great verity of candy. I feel this store is a little too pricey although I understand it's a specialty candy store, I was a little sticker shocked. I literally spent $75 on some gummy bears and licorice. My family members spent around amount. Not really expecting that. Didn't buy too much, that's the crazy part.

Massive candy store/warehouse near Cleveland. We took our kids here when they were young, several years ago. Their wide eyed wonder at the miles of candy choices was apparant. We vsiited again last week and the endless amount of choices has continued. New candies as well as long time classics, it takes a while to shop all that they have here. It is a really fun place to visit!

This is a warehouse filled with candy, different kinds of soda, and popcorn. During the warmer months, it looks like they have mini golf, and an Italian soda shop, that wasn't open on a Sunday when they opened at 11am. There is also an ample parking lot. There are bins of taffy, bins of bulk candy, aisles of every American candy you can imagine. We wished they stocked some European and Asian candy, that would have been fun. They have cases of homemade candy including buckeyes, candy apples, peanut butter cups, etc. The employees are very helpful and friendly. We walked out of there with almost $100 worth of products, with most of it going to our friends' children.

Insert exclamation points!! I have now ventured inside the LARGEST candy emporium, and it's right in Cleveland OH. I used to marvel at the floor-to-ceiling candy store on the Lower East Side in NYC. Now, I can venture to 6770 Brookpark Road without a plane ticket cost. My daughter and I went here to add to our PEZ collections. We're both fanatics, so we each selected some favorites. Then the candy aisle wandering began. So many aisles! So many candy products. My childhood favorites were there: NECCO Wafers, the little bottles with juices. Candy cigarettes (hehe). We finished the foray into sweet memories by sharing a root beer float in the attached soda shop. Our faces beamed with happiness the entire time! Come out and celebrate the company's 75th anniversary.

Awesome spot! It's said the B.A. sweetie is the largest candy store in North America. Store is like a Costco for candy. You can find any candy you're looking for here, even nostalgic candy like candy cigarettes and varieties of haribos. There is a soda/ice cream shop attached to the store as well, where you can get pineapple dole we whip.

A must stop when in the area. This warehouse candy and soda shop has nostalgic items through the years. It's fun remembering as a kid getting candy at Halloween, at the pool, in Mom's candy dish. You can buy large or small bags, individually or in bulk. The candies and sodas are amazing to see. At Christmas time are Gingerbread house kits. Attached is an ice cream shop. It's big and cute offering all kinds of ice cream treats and candy apples. Coming here is a feel good experience.

The best and biggest candy store I've ever been to. B.A. Sweetie is set up warehouse style with aisles upon aisles to browse with just about every candy you can imagine. I saw candy I have not been able to find in years here. The variety is unbelievable and we spent a good amount of time browsing every section. They have candy, unique soft drinks, fudge, pickles, and popcorn to choose from. My favorite aspect of the shop was the pick and mix area. I was able to get a full bag of lemon pez. Service was great. The lemon pez bin was empty and I went to an associate about this. They checked if it was in stock and refilled the bin right after. The prices were very affordable which made our visit ever sweeter. The shop is a candy lovers dream. Bathrooms are available for public use. They also have a mini golf course and ice cream shop on site but we did not stop in.

What a cute place! So much candy. You can buy in bulk or singles. It was a busy place and a little disorganized. I think because there's just so much candy and they are constantly restocking. We checked out very quickly. For a family of 4 we spent $37. They offer pay by weight for some candy too.

Don't go on a weekend. It's always crowded. They have mini golf, a soda/ice cream shoppe and candy warehouse. Selections are bigger here in some ways than other local candy shop's but limited in other ways. Prices rarely dip outside of big box retail, but the selection is why you go. Their soda selection however is extremely limited now. They can order quite a bit, but on hand to try is always better than ordering something. Still a great stop for kids or adults that never grew up!

Always so fun to go to this place. Pros: has just about any candy you had when you were a kid. Also has current trendy candy! Icecream parlor next door and mini putt putt outside! The amount there is amazing! Cons: pricey. When comparing prices, its not all equal. Some things are fair, but most candy is a little more expensive than elsewhere. All and all you pay for the experience, and all the nostalgia remembering your childhood candies!

I was so excited to try the dairy free apple pie sundae. It tasted really good. Of course I don't eat ice cream often so every few days I pull it out of the freezer for a few bites. As I started to get to the bottom I got beyond grossed out when I found plastic in my ice cream. Not knowing how it got there I thought the worse. That it had to be a part of someone's glove, maybe a finger that tore off and fell in and left. Thinking that I wanted to throw up. I didn't call to complain since it was about a week later, again, since I eat only a few bites at a time. Knowing that it was left in there makes me never want to go back because I don't want to get sick.

B.A. Sweetie Candy is a fun little place to visit. Whether you're from this area, or traveling, you can easily spend a couple hours between the warehouse, the ice cream parlor and mini golf. The warehouse was huge with multiple isles dedicated to more retro candies, some of which I haven't seen in 30 years. They have individual pieces of candy, bags of candy, bulk candy, and even items like different types of sodas. One of the cutest things in the store, were shopping carts that were made for kids. Attached to the warehouse is an ice cream and soda shop. They offer everything from ice cream cones to sundaes to milkshakes to floats. Multiple different flavors are available. Pricing is a little bit high, but the items are a good size for what you pay for. Outside into the front, you'll find the entrance for the mini golf. It's a fun family, friendly experience. They seem to have pretty adequate staff for the warehouse, and everyone seemed very polite. We would head back up there for sure. And I would recommend this as a place to go for maybe a down day if you're visiting or a fun staycation place to go.

Your childhood memories can be relived through a visit to BA Sweeties. They have the candies and confection products from your childhood. I would be surprised if you can't find what you enjoyed. This place is very large and will take you time to get through. But who cares about time. When time is flying by us very fast. They have a huge soda aisle. Of numerous flavors that are delicious and well unique. Hard to explain all the flavors in this post. But one of the sodas is named Toenail fungus. And keep an open mind on all the different flavors. It doesn't taste like toe nail fungus. But it's a great name. The other aisles have numerous candies and even bulk candies sold by the pound. Be careful. As your eyes don't know how heavy something is. And you'll be surprised how fast things add up. And lastly. They have an awesome soda and ice cream parlor. With numerous options available. Please get here and relive your childhood.

Let's get into this review.... I visited for the first time on a Friday evening in early October 2024. I never knew this candy store existed so it was fun to check it out. I had just finished dinner at Pizza 216 down the street so as I was walking back to my car, I stumbled upon Rocket Fizz. My friend who was with me has been here before and said she loved the candy shop. We briefly decided to stop in to browse, mostly because I was curious and wanted to visit. All the bright colours from the outside looking inside enticed me to enter and will probably entice you too (see my attached photos). SWEETS GALORE -- If you enjoy sweets/candy then this is your sugar heaven! You'll find all sorts of chocolate, soft drinks (soda/pop), chips, gum, etc. They sell many drinks and chips from Asia that have unique flavours (something you may find in Japan or Korea) so I thought that was cool. I saw plenty of bubble tea drinks and traditional soft drinks such as Coke and orange flavoured drinks. I only browsed for about 5 minutes with my friend but I ended up buying some taffy's (chewy sweets) which cost 15 cents each. Most of their chocolate bars were an average cost of $6+ for a small size. I also bought a "Hubba Bubba" (bubblegum) that is shaped as tape so it's called Bubble Tape. If you have kids or a niece and nephew, bring them here as they will love it even though your dentist might not. I had fun browsing and while I wanted to buy a unique sweet/candy item, I just did not feel like spending too much money right then. The two store associates working that evening were friendly and answered all my questions. I'll certainly be back as I'm a sweet tooth. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 128/150 total reviews in 2024 - 777 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 9 December 2024

I didn't enjoy the creams as much, but the chocolate was very tasty. Kind of reminded me of See's Candy, very nostalgic. The service was excellent. When entering the candy shop, you may be given a bag or metal bin to choose candy. The candy is primarily sold and weighed by the pound. You are able to pick and mix the candy in your bin whether you like dark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramels, maples, chocolate with pretzels etc. If you have friends and loved ones out of town, Heggys does have the option to have your chocolates mailed from their location across the country. A great idea for any occasion. People love their Heggys Chocolate and nuts Candy by the pound is around $15.50. There is also a nut counter with mixed nuts, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews and more. Behind the counter, workers work diligently individually wrapping various chocolates and caramels with each day being different candies for the week wrapped.
