Most of what Rick's Place sells can be purchased in the much larger Ashburton Cafe cafeteria one floor below, but it saves you a few minutes and a flight of stairs. Plus, Rick's Place stays open later, which can be a figurative lifesaver for those days when you need a late-afternoon snack or you're so absorbed in your work that you completely miss lunch.
