No response. Then, after learning that the oil change would take 1.5 hours, they told me the cost would be $96! Jiffy Lube charges $70. That was the last straw. What are those guys thinking? Their technicians inspected the heating and coolant system rather than simply topping off the reservoir and sending me home. They found that the coolant level was low and traced the issue to a leak that needed attention. They also checked the hoses and other components of the cooling system and explained what they found before doing the repair. I appreciated that because I wanted to understand why the temperature had been fluctuating instead of just being handed a repair bill. While they had the vehicle, they also checked the heater operation because I'd noticed that the cabin heat wasn't getting as warm as it normally did. The technician explained how the coolant system affects both engine temperature and the vehicle's heating system, which helped everything make much more sense. After the repair and coolant service, the temperature gauge stayed exactly where it should during both stop-and-go D.C. traffic and longer drives. The heater also returned to normal operation. I love that they didn't immediately recommend replacing expensive parts. They inspected the system, identified the actual problem, explained the repair, and then verified that everything was operating properly afterward. I watched them move the rear right tires to the front rights, I interrupted them and showed them what the owners manual said, which is consistent with the same process for all front wheel drive car. Instead of complying with my request the tech got angry and said "THATS NOT THE WAY WE DO IT HERE!" I said oh you don't do it correctly you just do it "the way you do it here?" I'm 65 and I thought this guy was going to punch me out as he said" we will just put them back the way they were and take it off the bill!!!" I'll never be back. If they don't understand the proper way to rotate tires, they should not offer the service. I will never go to this or any jiffy lube EVER AGAIN.

Had 11,000 miles on it. Environmental Auto failed it. Said it needed wipers and an oil change and wanted over $300.00 to do the service, what?? I declined and took it to the NAPA Store across the street, they said they wouldn't change the wipers as there was no need. Finally got the oil changed today as this was the recommendation on the sticker in the windshield. I took it back to Environmental Auto on the way home to get my sticker and they said nope, it's been 34 days since we did the inspection, we need another $119.00 dollars because it's over 30 days.
