They not only encouraged me to take the car I ended up buying out for a spin, but to also make sure I got it up to 60 mph to really give it a test. They also encouraged me to take the car to my own mechanic in Philly to get him to check it out. All-in-all, I got a great car at a good price and only went over budget a bit. They got me signed up with a new insurance policy on the spot, AND helped to figure out ways to stay as close to my initial budget as possible AND get repairs done in a way that would end up saving me money in the long haul. In short, I'd not hesitate to go back OR to send family and friends their way. They have also been in the Biz for something like 15 years and are pretty well-versed in the ins-and-outs AND have many connections within their community. I do wish they were in PA though...I mean, New Jersey?!?!?! ;)
