THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Read the reviews on yelp and and cars.com. We had an absolutely horrible experience here! I implore you to go anywhere but here unless you want to be gaslit and disrespected. After sharing what we were approved for with financing we received 3 offers above our budget and nearly 8K over the listed price! When we refused to accept the offer both Peter Trolene and another Sales Manager (whose name no one would provide) became aggressive, disrespectful and dismissive stating we were not serious and didn't want the car anyway. The disagreement became personal with elevated voices and aggressive tone all while our 3 young children ages 10 , 7 and 6 were present with us. Of course we left and were contacted SEVERAL times by the Sales Associate Xavier Torres and other managers who kept calling to make a deal but did NOT get me in contact with a manager to address how we were treated although I asked countless times. Additionally no one would provide me with the name of the sales manager who was the most disrespectful and confrontational. I even emailed the GM Marcus DeAngelis expressing how we were treated and no one reached out to even apologize....only to make a deal. I bought a 2021 Jeep Compass which turned out to a horrible mistake. This Jeep is a nightmare. It only has 23,000 on it and the tires needed to be replaced, batteries need to be replaced. It squeaks. It eats gas. I constantly have to gas it. Now, it is costing me over $800 for two batteries and almost half of that price for installation by another Jeep Chrysler dealership on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. Truly disappointed with this vehicle. I will never buy another Chrysler vehicle again!!! They are not reliable and I have had too much trouble with this vehicle. Getting batteries replaced. It has 2 of them. The second small battery is over $300. The large one is over $500. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a Chrysler vehicle, especially a Jeep Compass. read more

If there was a no star rating that would suit this dealership best. The sales manager Emilio France is a major issue. I made an appointment for my car to have remote start and heated seats put in my car as per my contract. My contract has no date requirement for the service. However, the Jeep dealership which was here who sold me my car that the current dealership took over went out of business. Now they will not honor the work that is due on my car that I have paid for. Emilio France, a grown man baby, whose face was left beat red, and almost screaming at me a young woman, should be retrained on how to speak to customers. The way his eyes were beating at me as he had me escorted out of his office was unhinged. The service gentleman explained they had me wait two hours just for Emilio to confirm they could not do the work as promised on my contract from the previous dealership. Emilio insisted he would not be the one to pay for this work to be done as promised by the previous dealership but in fact I'm the one who is paying for it. After I made that clear he retracted that statement and said he never said he was paying for it in which he did. When I asked Emilio if my key fab which I also brought to the attention of service as something that needed to be reconfigured to my car after changing a battery was fixed in the two hours he did not know. He stated he did not make me wait two hours personally and yet the service men said they had to wait for him their manager. Then he referred to himself as only the sales manager and not in control of service yet he was the one telling service if they could complete the work of this contract. Mr. France was repetitive in the fact that I just don't understand what he is saying that they can not fulfill a contract made by the previous dealership that they have taken over in which wasn't true. He did not take well to being corrected and was huffing and puffing. When he told me to walk and ask the service if they fixed the key I said that he should walk over and ask and I'll wait he also did not like that. He claimed I was "coming at him" because he didn't take well to a customer saying they waited two hours for him to be told they can not help. He insisted I walk over and figure out what has been done or not instead of him the manager and that's when he had me escorted out of his office. The fact is the key was never fixed either nor did the service male know about this issue until I asked again about it after two hours of waiting. He said the gentleman who sat one seat less than a foot away from him who checked me in didn't relay the information I gave at check in to him. He explained that I waited the two hours again simply for the managers approval of my contract. They then said they could run a test for my key to be fixed but they would have to charge me. Needless to say I left and will have that fixed and paid for else where after the two hours of getting nothing done. In conclusion I figure Mr. Emilio France would not have spoke to me the way he did if I was a man his size and not a woman. I believe this is a very sour look for the company. As a manager who had me wait two hours to try to belittle my understanding who couldn't even walk to the service to see what has been done or not from when I came in is obnoxious. I would highly highly recommend to NOT DO BUSINESS w him in particular or this dealership. read more

Looking right now from the outside you may not think that it would not be worth the stop. The Dealership is under some new management and looks to be building a top-notch customer experience within the establishment. I looked 150 miles for a Gladiator where most of the Jeep Dealers are treating them like some kind of gold metal. Silly markups, and discussions that made no sense. Flat out Marcos and Gus provided the best information, financing options, trade value, honest pricing and made the entire process very stress-free. Marcos did all the Truck introductions professionally and had me connected in no time. Financing does not beat you over the head with 1001 different protection packages along with the synthetic blinker fluid some dealers are pushing on clients now-a-days. My wife and I visited the dealership on 10/23/21. We were immediately met (in a friendly and welcoming manner) by Carl Collins upon arrival. I was in the market for a very specific (2016-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 6.2l) truck and City had one of about a dozen within a 50 mile radius of me so I knew exactly what I was looking for and this 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with 33k miles was just it. Judging from the online pictures and ad, this one looked to be the cleanest with the lowest miles and competitively priced (relative to the other dealers and the current market). Carl pulled the truck up and it did not disappoint. Clearly, the previous (and sole)owner treated this truck as if it were a prized item. Not to take away from the professionalism of the dealership, but the truck sold itself on the spot. Moving onto the paperwork and closing the deal, Carl was very professional, intelligent and polite (not pushy at all) throughout the process of us considering if we were going to seal the deal or not. After a few minutes of consideration, it was settled and I wanted to drive the truck home. Carl and his team provided a very competitive finance % and term which I found acceptable and we began the process. Shortly after, we moved into Pete Trolene's office to finish the paperwork. This was done promptly, efficiently, and very friendly. The entire process from the test drive to driving home was handled extremely professionally. I now have my dream truck in my driveway and can thank Carl and Pete for helping me to do so! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Bait & Switch thanks to Reshard This review below is long, for the cliff's notes version: I priced out a Ram truck with one salesmen over the phone, and then a second one called me right back to finalize numbers. The second one was Reshard. We had all the details finalized via telephone conversation. He told me he put notes into the computer so that when my husband came in, it would be quick: just a test drive & sign. He also said he'd send me the numbers in writing. He did not. And therein lies the problem - the dealership couldn't get to his numbers and wanted us to pay an extra $3350 over the life of the loan, which amounts to more than 5% of the total sticker price of the car. They either think we're stupid or rich enough not to care. Neither is the truth. They wasted 2 hours of our time with this nonsense. I'll be buying elsewhere. Bottom line: Get it in writing or don't go in. FULL REVIEW: The first sales associate I spoke with over the phone went through the pricing online.With all of the discounts except the military discount, he confirmed my final price to be 54,398 over the phone. Then he indicated a 1.9% interest rate was available for 6 years if we qualified. Final cost with TTT was about 59,000, and with 12,000 down he thought we could hit $700 a month on a six year loan. I told him that if he could get me those numbers in writing we'd be in. After we hung up, my phone rang almost immediately and Reshard was on the line. Again, we went through the online pricing and he indicated I didn't qualify for one of the $1000 discounts, so my total price with tax, documents etc was approximately 60K, but, he said his floor manager Gus okayed the 1.9% (assuming we qualified) and that my final monthly payment was $712. I said, "I don't want to go over 700 a month." He said, "I'm putting everything into my system with very good notes. When you come in ask for Trevor or Gus and you will get the car at this price. If you bring the other offer you have we'll be able to give you a bigger discount and get you to $700. Just don't tell them I told you that." Obviously, I"ve heard that last line before, so I know it's not a secret. He then told me he'd send everything we discussed in writing to me. I heard nothing. I asked for the window sticker after 8pm, and he sent me that the next morning because "he was on his way home on 195 when he got that request, his department closes at 8". I wasn't concerned. Then I asked for him to send the pricing info we discussed, and said my husband wanted it in writing. He sent me only the 1.9% information interest info (nothing about down payment or monthly pricing). Since he reiterated he was not trying to waste my time, and I ran the math myself, there was no reason to believe that 12K down, 1.9% interest wouldn't come out to 712 a month. However, once my husband arrived at the dealership, the final price was significantly higher than discussed. John, the salesman who helped my husband let him know that certain discounts didn't apply if we took the 1.9% financing, and the final "best price" was an extra $7 a month for 72 months, then an extra 3 months at $719/moth + another $1000 down, taking the total for the car up $3661 or more than 5% of the sticker price & nearly 7% more than the agreed upon price. My husband left work early to get the car yesterday based on Reshard's numbers. We chose this dealership because Reshard gave me bad information, and rather than make good on his numbers, the dealership tried to convince us that a 5% price increase was not a big deal. The implications of that are the dealership either thinks we're stupid, or stupid rich & don't care about pricing - wrong on both accounts. The dealership (Reshard & whoever made the final decision not to match the numbers he gave us) has cost me vacation time, too. To be clear, we qualify for the 1.9%, Reshard's price was just "wrong". John, the salesman, was professional despite my yelling at him over the phone & I did give him the head's up I would be writing this review. read more

The worst car dealership around. I had my Ram 5500 worked on at this so called dealership. For starters they asked for a deposit for parts.. now what dealership asks for a deposit for parts...? They're supposed to be the OEM for parts! 2nd of all they had some little service guy who looked like J Edgar Hoover but thought he was Napoleon lying through his teeth about the prices. The service manager is a liar too. Not to mention that they told me my truck was ready and they left it unlocked on a Sunday with the keys in it in the parking lot of the "stealership". This company is totally backwards I've been there before for oil changes and they had me waiting for 3 hours. I think they stay afloat on car sales. Stay away from these clowns! read more

DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! We have been taking my son's car here for service since purchasing the car three years ago. This is the only place we had taken it for maintenance and warranty work. I found it odd the first time we went they charged me $7 for the mechanic to show my son how to put the car in neutral if the car died (for towing) but thought once they got to know us they would be nicer. We had two separate warranty items done here with the most recent being in July. Due to their negligence in their work the car then needed all new tires. The car had the brakes, rotors and pads replaced last summer. This summer brought it back because the brakes were acting up. We were told it was a rock (with no proof). A month later, my son now 400 miles away at school needs new brakes, rotors, pads (plus the 4 new tires). He was 400 miles away with a car needing new tires and brakes all due to their negligence. They are not denying the tires were their fault but refuse to reimburse us. They claim the brakes were fine a month before needing replacement and he should have driven 8 hours with bad brakes for them to take a second look. Here is the kicker- the mechanics, staff, managers, product, Dodge affiliation, building, etc, are all the same but they changed owners so they claim no responsibility. We have been going through the BBB but may need legal representation as they literally put my son's life at risk. He could have been killed due to their negligence and all we want is reimbursement for the tires and the brakes they put on incorrectly. DO NOT GO HERE. Dishonest is putting it mildly. They need to step up and take responsibility for their actions. I don't care if they change their name a hundred times to try to build up a new reputation. As long as they cheat customers and refuse to take responsibility (literally could have killed my son and all I asked for is my money back when I should be asking for restitution) - they will remain untrustworthy. read more

I schedule an oil change with my local Jeep dealer in Burlington since it's 5 mins from my house. After waiting 50 mins for them to take my car back to even start, when the place was dead, with an appointment I demanded my keys a back, and I made a little bit of a scene but no one was there to even witness it. Anyway, I bought my Jeep to my friend who has his own shop, it's just 20 mins away and he did my oil change. A week or so went by and my headlight went out. My Jeep that has 23k miles on it, my headlight blew. Ok. Someone mentioned that it could be larger electrical issue so my first thought is take it to the dealership. So where did I go back to Burlington Jeep. $61 later my headlight is fixed, and they ensured by my electrical system is fine. Ok. Less than 2 weeks later my air conditioner stops working like completely, stops working. With 100 degree days and a road trip planned I was not happy. Hey, I spent extra money on that warranty, the headlight wasn't covered this just be, wrong. I bring it back to Burlington, they hold it for almost a complete 48 hours, and return it with a $400 non warranty repair...oh and by the way ma'am you need brakes, your blower motor looks like it's going, etc, etc...."do you want us to just go ahead to do repairs" absolutely not. I bring it directly to my friend and mechanic. I was aware I needed brakes so he went ahead and did that and I had him take a look at blower motor and other things. Not a thing wrong with it! Untrustworthy, waste of time, unprofessional, frauds. When I took my car in to get the headlight changed how do I know they didn't mess with anything? How often does a whole air conditioning system go in a 2015 Jeep with 23k miles on it? If I could prove it I would sue. I'll make the 20 min drive to my trusted professional. ​Dodge Dealerships service departments are not what they used to be. On Monday,​ May 20th with an appointment and arriving 30 minutes before the ​opening I had some issues that should have been easy to identify and easily repaired but this service department and advisor Ben Braddock didn't even put any effort into it. I had been there for several service appointments, and they had done an​ okay job. However far too many "No Condition Found" "Operates as Designed," even when you explain that you can show it to a technician or service writer three visits and they fail to have you show them. On this visit my touch screen, sound system, navigation unit that has been replaced 12 times each time requiring two visits the first to take it out hook it up to diagnostics and then they order a replacement and you have to go back​ to get it installed. So my previous appointment they replaced the unit and the new unit doesn't​ have the map update I had just installed. They said it was working fine. See my pictures of the message I keep getting. The previous​ visit I told them the brake light keeps coming on but only when the rear of the vehicle is on an incline. They said no brake light but I told them I could put the car in the position they didn't​​ have me show them, but at least they said the level was low so we added fluid. Since they did that last time wouldn't a loss of brake fluid in less then a month tell you somethings wrong? For some reason,​ this so-called​ service writer gave me an attitude when the car was done. Because they couldn't​ find the issues? Does he think I came there to enjoy my Monday morning sitting in a dealership for 3 hours?​ I didn't even question it because I was having a tough week and didn't​ want to take it out on them. He treated me with extreme disrespect. So after relaxing the rest of the day, I calmly called the dealership and asked to speak with the owner. I left ​three messages over three days and no one​ called. These dealerships are wondering why places like CarMax​ are increasing in profits, and they aren't. I had been loyal to Dodge with few exceptions purchasing 15 top of the line brand new Dodge & Chrysler products. I called dodge consumer affairs, and they listened​ to the issues and said, okay we will take note​ of this. That was helpful...NOT! I purchased a used Dodge Ram SRT-10 at this dealership (drove from Connecticut just to buy it). While driving it home, I noticed that once the truck went over 60 MPH, it should shake like crazy - almost to the point of possibly losing control of the vehicle. I called them about the issue and explained that the vehicle was unsafe to drive back down to have it examined. Had it looked at by a few local mechanics and was told that the alignment was way off and the inside of the rear tires were bald. They all agreed that there was no way this vehicle would pass inspection. I also found that when it rains, the inside cabin would leak. They made arrangements to have my local Dodge dealership look at the vehicle - and that is where their involvement ended. They refused to pay for any of the repairs. They were nice enough to expand my warranty which STILL didn't cover any of the repairs. Even though the vehicle was sold with a 1,000 mile 30 day warranty, nothing is covered under the warranty. They agreed to "take a look at it" as long as I could get it to them. They refused to have the vehicle towed to them, and I refused to drive it 120 miles to them as it was unsafe to travel the distance. I asked the dealership that if this vehicle DID, in fact, pass inspections then they should be able to furnish me with documentation that says so - they could not. I even called the Chrysler corporate customer service to mediate the situation. They were as useless as the salesman at this dealership. They strung me along for a week and a half with promises of help and in the end decided to side with a dishonest dealership in which they allow to operate. I get that everyone is out to make a buck and save a buck, but to knowingly sell an unsafe vehicle and not help their customer make it road worthy is a business practice that I would expect from Bob's Used Cars. Their coarse attitude that they did nothing wrong is even more stomach churning. Do yourself a favor and purchase your new or used vehicle from a dealership that doesn't screw their customers - this place is NOT one of those dealerships. read more

oh my god....can I take away the one star? These people are THE WORST. My truck was having some crazy electrical issues, and I. TRIED. EVERY. SINGLE. OTHER. AVENUE to avoid going to the dealership. But, in my particular case, they got me by the jollies, and I had to bite the bullet and schedule an appointment. SO, I look at their site, and see they have "morning, afternoon and evening" hours. Cool. I need this immediately, and its Monday, so I pick "evening," hoping to snag something after work this week. Uh.....blank. And, I don't mean "nothing available," I mean BLANK, as in, "we don't do evening hours." Nice tab then Dodge Chrysler Jeep City. (fun fact, although the service hours are until 7pm, the latest appointment is 5pm.) Ugh. SO, I say, lets try a weekend. I book a time for Saturday and wait for the week to end. The next morning, my phone rings and I get a message from Jeep City, informing me that "on Saturdays we only do standard maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations....that sort of thing." So, for my issue, I have to book a weekday appointment, and take a day off from work, just to have them look at my truck. Oh, $128 for that, by the way. I'm literally done with these guys. After my 4th visit now for them to look into my brand new Jeep renegade running out of gas with 3bars this first visit the diagnostics were ran and there was a part needed to be ordered to repair the fuel sending unit. I waited 6 weeks for the part to come in and in that time broke down another 10+ times. This time i dropped my car off and Scotty the "service manager" claimed it was Mis diagnosed and just needed an oil change. I even stated that made no sense as oil and gas are two different issues and there was no warning on my dash indicating a oil change was due as i just had one. Anywho paid out of pocket for an oil change and was guaranteed it was fixed. Fast forward to now as i direct result of my fuel gauge not being correct i ran out of gas in the snow storm in a turn and got into an accident that cost 5000$ in repairs and $2000 in a rental. I've since broken down 28 times all due to gas issues (i now carry a full tank in my trunk so all it have to do is 2 mins fill it up and she goes" take the car back this week and Scotty tells me again oil change and does it without my go ahead. Charges me $78 again out of pocket and as i leave the dealership on Saturday at 350pm with 2 bars of gas my child in the car and in the middle of a highway I BREAK DOWN AGAIN!!!!!!! I would give sales and management a zero if I could for how they treated me, I bought 6 to 8 cars and trucks here and my last, I purchased a 2018 ram 1500 after the second day i notice it had a bad paint issue I called the dealership and informed the salesman he said bring it by so they can look it after looking at the truck the new car manager Mauricio Mier said "I should of look at it before I bought it this is a production line vehicle" then I heard "You didn't buy a Lamborghini", then says "I'm done with it". So I leave and contact Chrysler Corporation and tell them the problem, I didn't get anywhere, so I called the dealership and ask who their body shop was, got the name Robs Collision in Bristol, PA, I took my truck there unannounced and got an estimate for $2,000 in repairs took the estimate back to the dealer and gave it to them and they threw it the trash along with pictures I took of the paint work that were supposed go to corporate, after fighting with the dealership and Chrysler Corp for 4 weeks, Chrysler is buying me out of the truck, the dealership wanted nothing to do with it. Horrible service Great car wish I bought it somewhere else. Not only did they misplace my registration the day I purchased my car, he also lost my license plate that he removed to put a temporary tag on my car. When I talked to the manager he said it is what it is. He gave me no help or suggestions. So my 1st set of temporary tags expired(after 1 month) and they never contacted me about if my tags were in or not. I had to call them only to find out that they know nothing and they don't have my tags. So I showed up in person to inquire. While I was waiting to talk to him I had to wait for another angry customer who was talking to the manager about how they never called him back about his repair status. He was told that it would have been completed by the end of today. Mauricio Mier was apologizing telling him they won't have it done today. He was obviously fuming. He wanted to know what kind of business treats customers this way. He kept asking why would they not call him. Mauricio smiled and just said I don't know I am sorry. I finally was able to talk to him and I asked what the deal is with my missing tags. He said they were probably going to contact in the next few days. (too bad I was there on the last day my tags were still valid). So I guess he meant he would have called me after I was driving around with expired tags. So they issued me another temporary tag for 1 month. I asked if they could call about the status going forward so I don't have a repeat of my current scenario, and he(Mauricio Mier) said they have my contact information and said someone will contact by the end of next week about the status of my plates. (20 days later) In 9 days my 2nd set of tags is going to expire. They never called so I called today. I found out that they still know nothing and don't have any information on my tags. Yet again they took my number and said someone will call you. Mauricio Mier is by far the worst customer service provider I've encountered in my life. He treats you like you don't matter and that the sale you just made means peanuts in the grand scheme of their business. I have learned my lesson and will never EVER go back here for future business, although I do love my car its a shame it was sold to me from such a disgrace of a business. read more

This place is crap I had a taillight on my lift gate for a 2015 Dodge Durango somehow condensation got inside of it. I take it to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle brand new and they look at it tell me it covered under my warranty but they only can fix it if it shirts out once it shorts out bring it back and they can change it. I do exactly what they said but now my warranty just ran out and now they say they can't do it it will cost me $1300 to be replaced. This is bs and bad business. The guy that helped me in the service Dept agreed and was really tryin to help me but the manger said no. I called corporate file a complaint and never heard back from them. I urge anyone not to go to this dealership and look elsewhere where they don't take care of there customers and don't keep there word read more

This is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Although the 3 times I have walked in here during this experience, salesmen are just standing around and do not even acknowledge me or say hello. They do not know that I am here for service and not sales, so you would think that they would approach me and ask what I am here for. I wish I could give 0 stars. My dad purchased my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for me in 2014 from here. He always deals with the salesman Greg. I make an appointment and bring my car here for an airbag recall. After picking it up after one day, the airbag light is still on. I bring it to my grandfathers shop, Mongo's, to have him check it out. They open the hood and find that the city mechanic literally left his battery acid brush just hanging out under my hood. I brought this back with me to return since I figure they probably need their brush back. Why was he looking at the battery if my car was just in for an airbag recall? The mechanic also left screws undone just hanging out under my hood. Two caps were off of a separate two screws. They basically left half of the things under my hood apart. Not how I want my car to be when driving down the road. I go back and speak to the service manager Steve. Not sure how he is still employed there because he is so unpleasant and not fit for the job of customer service. He says it is their fault, but "he doesn't know what to tell me besides sorry." He says the it was the mechanics fault but mistakes happen. I said I understand that but there were several mistakes here. He tells me there's only technically one mistake because it was all for the air filter cover. Arguing with me???? You're kidding me. There were 5 mistakes. Barely even sounded apologetic. My dad has purchased two $100,000+ vechicles from here, along with other trucks for work and leases my moms car from here. And this is the service I received. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to ANYONE. STEVE THE SERVICE MANAGER SUCKS!!!! I will be purchasing my next car at another dealership. I was very disappointed in my experience there today. We are returning leasees that were simply trying to get an idea for a new lease. After test driving a vehicle we were told to wait and our salesperson would have some numbers for us. My wife, two year old child and I waited for 30 mins in the play area. I then found my salesperson going over numbers with another couple. 30 more minutes of him going between us and the other couple. 30 more minutes of gathering information from us. A total of 2 hours and we still did not have any type of figure except for the sticker price. We ended up leaving. A gentleman at the front desk had apologized and tried shouldering the blame for it taking so long. I understand that they were busy today and expected to wait for a time period but I didn't expect to wait two hours and not receive a quote. We were hoping to continue doing business with them. read more

Buyer beware. If you are out of state and purchase a car please be advised that you will not get your tags prior to the expiration date of the temporary tags. My car tags expired in October 2019 and I'm still waiting on my tags and it's now the end of November 2019. After you purchase your car they provide the worst customer service and do not want to help. I have no choice but to file a complaint with the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs. read more

I would give sales and management a zero if I could for how they treated me, I bought 6 to 8 cars and trucks here and my last, I purchased a 2018 ram 1500 after the second day i notice it had a bad paint issue I called the dealership and informed the salesman he said bring it by so they can look it after looking at the truck the new car manager Mauricio Mier said "I should of look at it before I bought it this is a production line vehicle" then I heard "You didn't buy a Lamborghini", then says "I'm done with it". So I leave and contact Chrysler Corporation and tell them the problem, I didn't get anywhere, so I called the dealership and ask who their body shop was, got the name Robs Collision in Bristol, PA, I took my truck there unannounced and got an estimate for $2,000 in repairs took the estimate back to the dealer and gave it to them and they threw it the trash along with pictures I took of the paint work that were supposed go to corporate, after fighting with the dealership and Chrysler Corp for 4 weeks, Chrysler is buying me out of the truck, the dealership wanted nothing to do with it. WOW.. AVOID like the plague! Took my vehicle back the FOURTH time for a "fix" was told "All the parts are in, drop off your vehicle and we'll finish it up" Dropped off the vehicle Tuesday after freshly detailing it, got my loaner (a POS loaner BTW) and left them to it. Expected a phone call mid day telling me the vehicle was ready. Around 4:30 I called in to check the status. In that time (without identifying who I was) I was hung up on twice, transferred 4 or 5 times before I was able to speak with the service department. I was finally told that "the wrong parts were ordered, we have ordered the correct parts and will have them tomorrow morning and finish the repair" I agreed to leave my vehicle overnight and let them finish the repair in the morning. Second day goes by, no phone call or follow-up until 5:30 PM when a message was left "You're vehicle is done, and ready for pickup" I arrived early morning on day 3, and took a look at the repair. Instead of replacing the parts (under warranty) they decided to try to use some sort of epoxy/glue to mount the already damaged trim. Problem is, that didn't work, it had separated and lifted overnight. In addition, whoever completed the repair dripped the epoxy all over the interior and did a half-assed attempt at cleaning it up. leaving epoxy and residue all over the inter seatbelt, pillar and weatherstrip inside the vehicle. In addition, my vehicle had sand and dirt all over it on the passenger side on the window ledges as if they went offroading. When I pointed all this out to the morning service manager, he stated there were winds and he "can't control the weather" even after pointing out none of the vehicles around mine had any dirt/debris on it. The same service manager also told me he had no idea why the repair was done like this, and would have the original service manager contact me to explain why, and follow up with me. That call never came and I am posting two weeks later. Please keep in mind this is the level of service this company gives you BEFORE AND AFTER getting Jeep/Chrysler corporate involved. I have absolutely REFUSED to bring my vehicle back to this facility and will be taking to another service department in the area. There is no way I would let these HACKS touch my vehicle again. read more

I explained my issue when I submitted the online form and again when I dropped it off on Saturday 8/11. I called Monday night for an update but the car wasn't ready. I called Tuesday night for an update and at that time they asked me what was wrong with the car. Really? I already told them twice (and when I received my final receipt, my instructions from the original online form submission were on there, so I know they had the information the entire time). This was lie #1 from John Smith and 4 days wasted so far. Also, they were getting ready to replace a part I had just replaced 3 weeks prior, so it seemed they had no idea what they were doing. I called Wednesday but again no update. I called Thursday night and was told they were getting ready to "pinpoint" the issue. Why are they trying to pinpoint the issue on Thursday night and not on Monday morning?? I had the first appointment on Monday at 7:30am and had scheduled it 2 weeks in advance, so it's not like I'm a big surprise to anyone. Communication had begun to drop off at this point because I told him I felt I was being ignored. It became nearly impossible to get John Smith on the phone after that. Other people started to lie for him, including Justin Cantrell and the receptionist Suzanne. We're up to lies 3, 4 and 5 by this point and 6 days wasted. Called again Friday and put on hold for another huge amount of time. Finally spoke to John and was promised my car would be ready on Saturday. Called Saturday, put on hold for 20 minutes. They then told me John had to go home for a family emergency (probably another lie) and that the technician Scott didn't show up for work that day (add that to the list of lies). Also, is Scott the only technician who can work on my car? Probably not. What if he was in the hospital for a month, would I wait for a month for him to return? I highly doubt that. At this point, it seemed as if they were holding my car hostage just to get back at me. Called Monday and Tuesday, waited on hold forever, lied to each day again. I can't count how many lies we're up to by now, but it's up to day 11. Finally, Wednesday came (day 12), I called and was put on hold by Suzanne saying there were a ton of walk-ins after she hung up on me twice and tried to send me to voicemail. I was on hold so long that I drove to the dealership while still on hold. When I walked in, there were zero customers in there, so now I'm 100% positive they are lying the whole time. Now, they say they are going to release my car to me, but I had to show up in person all irate for that to happen. Were they ever going to call me on their own to say that it was ready? Definitely not. Of course, on the way out, my wife crashes into another customer's car. Now that John Smith needs my help, he comes to the phone immediately every time I call. How come when I need his help, he ducks and dodges my calls and has the staff and secretaries lie to me, but when he needs my help, he's suddenly all available?? I have never been so mistreated and lied to by one place in such a short amount of time before. I would have preferred to be told the truth and that I would need to wait than to have them make up a bunch of stuff and give me the run around for almost 2 weeks while I had no vehicle. They also charged me for an oil change I never asked for. I used to be a loyal Jeep/Chrysler owner pretty much since I've had my license and had planned on supporting my local dealership for all of my future vehicle purchases and service needs, but after this experience, I will never come there for service EVER again. I will NEVER buy any cars there (hundreds of thousands of future dollars walking away right now). In fact, I am going to switch car brands because of this. When I spoke to the sales manager about my terrible experience, he said that they had recently cleaned house on the service side and I told him that they need to do it again as soon as possible. If it was my business, I would fire the whole lot of them without hesitation, including the Service manager who has no idea what is going on right under his nose. I plan to post many reviews on the internet at every place I can find. I will tell everyone I come in contact with to never come there and never buy a car there and ask them to spread the word. The service department is absolutely terrible! I would highly recommend for everyone to go elsewhere to have their vehicle fixed. Their customer service skills are awful and it seems like no one knows what they are doing when it comes to fixing vehicles. I would definitely expect Jeep to hire better people to run their service department. Very disappointed and will not be back! read more

I came all the way from Philadelphia to look at a specific car that Caught my eye on their website that I was strongly considering buying that day. I walked around for at least 30 minutes waiting for service and no one helped me or even came out to check on me to see if they could be of service. I walked around the front and back of the dealership twice and not one person said anything to me. read more

This is about the Jeep Service Department. Went in on 7/3/19 for an oil change and asked them to look at the passenger side door as the handle wasn't working. The gentleman at the counter began checking me in and told me my vehicle had an open recall for the pass side airbag ('15 Jeep Wrangler) but the part would take awhile to come in. So, I told him to order the part, check the door, and change the oil and that I would pick it up after the holiday. A few hours later, I received a call from the Service Department saying it would cost nearly $400 to fix my door and the handle. I politely declined the repair and told them to just change the oil. This morning (7/5/19) I went to pick my vehicle up and went to the cashiers desk. I gave them my info and the cashier politely said my bill was $188.66! When I asked to see the bill before I paid, I noticed they charged me over $130 to "look" at my door and $40 for an oil change! I was furious but I'm not one to make a scene so I politely paid, and walked out to my truck to leave. Both doors of my Jeep were unlocked (the pass door doesn't work anyway so no biggie) and both of my seats were totally readjusted and moved as if two people were riding in it! I never complain but this is horrible! I actually just joined Yelp to post this to make sure people know what they are getting when you get there. All the people I dealt with were very nice, I will say that but who charges a customer $130 to "look" at a door? Hyundai City (right next door) never charges me to look at anything that might be wrong with my other car. Then to get in my unsecured vehicle (for Lord knows how long) and take 10 minutes to adjust everything cause it looked like some people might have taken it to lunch or a joy ride! Oh, and nobody mentioned the airbag recall or if I needed to schedule an appointment for that. Truly a shame. This place is right up the road from me and I'll never take my Jeep there again. read more
