So I came across this pizzeria while visiting family in the area. My family and I had a pepperoni & cheese pizza, Pepperoni & jalapeño pizza, pastrami sandwich, pasta salad, mozzarella sticks, and their chicken wings. All of the food was delicious and freshly made. The personnel there were very friendly, attentive, and made good recommendations on what I should order. This place is now one of our new faves! I was very disappointed with my order the other day. I got a simple cheese pizza, only to open the box after it was delievered to notice that the pizza was burnt and the cheese was hard and crunchy. I called the pizzeria right away and spoke to a woman who said she was the owner's niece. She said that there has been a problem with the ovens and they were trying to get it fixed. I explained that customers should be notified as to problems such as these before they place an order. I asked her to have the owner return my call. I called the pizzeria a second time after not getting a call back, and this time I got the owner's niece's husband. I tried explaining the situation to him (who said he was the manager and also the person who delivered my pizza), and he was very rude and refused to give me my money back. He said they don't give cash refunds; however, that was not stated to me over the phone, as I had placed a delivery order. I asked to speak to the owner but he said she was not in and didn't know when she would return. I have asked to give her my information and have her call me so that I could explain the problem, but he refused to give me any further info. I will be filing a claim with my bank to retrieve my $20.31 and will not be patronizing this business again. Brooklyn's Pizza and Pizza Factory which are only a few miles away are by far higher quality and the customer service is superb. read more

I live down the street so this is the closest "quality" pizzeria by me. Their pizza is very good. So on to the review. Their antipasto salads are very good as well. Their quality is above average for the high desert. My only reason for not bumping them up one more star is because their long waits for carry out. Their isn't much for a dining room sitting area so carry out and delivery are the two main options. I order mine for carry out all the time, and I don't think once I've gotten my pizza in the time frame quoted. I usually wait on a average of 20 minutes after my quoted time for pickup was. If they could time this a little better I would give them one more star. Other than that, I will keep going and just allowing more time than quoted. Good job B&B. read more

But the thing that propels a solid 4 star place into the realm of perfection is throwing in a mix of stellar, above average custom service or innovation with their product. B&B has both of those things and, therefore, earns a perfect rating from me. A couple of weeks before Valentine's Day, I'd called them up to ask if they could make heart-shaped pizzas and was told by a friendly gentleman that they could. I had just recently moved to Washington state and wanted to send my fiance a special treat on V-day since we'd be apart, and what better comfort is there than pizza? So come Valentine's Day, I called B&B to place my special order. The girl who took my order told me that the person who could've made a heart -shaped pizza had taken the day off. I was crushed. But she kindly offered to arrange the pepperoni in the shape of a heart on a standard round pizza, so I agreed and asked them to write a special message on the box. 40 minutes later, I received a very happy phone call from my fiance who'd just received the delivery. Through mouthfuls, he told me it was delicious and asked where I'd ordered it from. And then he said, "It's awesome that they made it heart-shaped." Turns out their stand-in chef was able to pull off my request after all. I was touched at how much effort they made for just one random customer. This is one of the pizza location I know that delivers to Oak Hills I think that is great . One thing about them that they are really pricey. They charged me $43 on just a XL pizza & 18 wings. When the pizza delivery lady came , I gave her $60 . She didn't have enough change she only has $7 . The minimum the pizza delivery should have is $20. While I was waiting to see what she was going to do who she was going to call , but no she laughed and said sorry. So this pizza place pretty much stole from me . They charged me $53 for pizza & wings. The wings are not that great the pizza is fine it's nothing different , little Caesars taste better then there pizza . We are very new to the area so I came on Yelp and picked this place. We ordered two pizzas wings and garlic breadsticks, the lady in the phone was nice she said the wait was going to be about an hour for delivery even though we live 4 minutes away but we had our hands full with our fur baby so figured we would wait. We ordered at 6:15 our food arrived just after 8pm, garlic breadsticks were awesome pizza was soggy and pretty, I didn't eat the wings but my husband didn't comment on them so they couldn't have been that good. I'd rather order from the red Barron pizza, customer service sucks but at least the pizza is good Here we are 8 months later thought I would give them a second chance and again HUGE fail. I've given this pizza place 3 different chances and each time I am disappointed. The service at this location is horrible from the wait times to the could care less that you came in attitude. I would except out of a mom and pop shop they would at least act a little concerned about getting your order out as quick as possible. Every time the wait is over an hour for pick up, and They are not even busy. The pizza is just ok, the crust is the best part. It's got a little chew to it, and just thick enough. The topping leaves a lot to be desired. Double pepperoni doesn't even have enough as a single topping. I would say they go light on all toppings is the big issue. Pizza is good. But a large pizza is more like a medium size. Pizza runs small. So if you want to feed a large party of people get their family-sized and maybe have to buy more then one. We are pretty regular here. Pizza isn't the best I've ever had but a definite step above chain pizza. Dough seems fresh, crust is a bit soft and a bit crisp just like I like. Not overly generous with toppings, but not stingy either, generally fair to slightly above average. Prices are midrange, while I'd say quality is slightly above midrange, so overall a great deal for local pizza. It is a hole in the wall establishment but they keep the place clean and seem to make an effort to serve quality food for a fair price. One of my favorite solid slices in the desert. Have had a couple minor misses on customer service but they get it right most of the time. Never gotten bad pizza or felt ripped off. I haven't had any of their other menu items but I see folks ordering them often enough that I assume they make an equal effort on non-pizza. Food: In very few words, frozen is better. Unsure of size and quality, I ordered the Party Size pepperoni pizza. It was huge, which I had no problem with... I freeze, defrost, and warm up pizza leftovers all the time. However, the pizza was gross. My kids ate it, but I could not finish my slice. It was dripping grease. Not even the "napkin dab" would do the trick. I tried several slices, but they were all the same. Just one very big sloppy, drippy, wet mess. I ordered buffalo wings as well. I hoped to eat something satisfactory or even edible. Again, frozen would have been better, because I think it was actually frozen before it got to my house. It was breaded chicken wings with some buffalo wing sauce poured over it. It wasn't covered completely either. It looked like they ran out of sauce and crossed their fingers. I ate two. It couldn't do it. I told my husband, "If I'm going to cheat (on my regular diet), it should at least taste good." He didn't eat any either. Price: So freakin' expensive! Decided to give b&b another after their first mistake over three years ago. Palm to forehead, this was a bigger mistake then the first time. Ordered a large pep to go. Waited 30 minutes. Get home with the pizza and grab my first slice, and I bite into something chewy. Pull the piece out of my mouth and it's a blood stained bandaid. Race back to the store with the pizza and one well chewed blood stained bandaid. I was heated. Demanded to speak to the store owner. She would only talk to me over the phone while she watched us on her store security camera at home. She immediately got real defensive and denied any of her employees were wearing bandaids and laughed at me. No refund was offered. Well guess what honey.. this is not over. Police report filed, and San Bernardino County Health Department contacted. God knows what type of health issues I might get from chewing on a blood stained bandaid that was baked into my pizza. It honestly pains me to leave this review. But I think today was our last attempt to try and place an order with B&B pizzeria. We have been loyal customers to them for the last year and a half ordering about 9 to 10 times a month and every time we've ordered we've had a problem. I had the drivers get lost and it takes them about two hours to get to our house (it's a 10 minute drive, if that), we decided to drive over to the pizzeria itself to pick up our order only to be told that our order had not been started an hour after placing it because she couldn't get the fryer to work. We had pizza come that was not cooked at all in the middle. And can never seem to have a peaceful order. We love the food, and the people that work there always seem to be pretty nice but at this point it's more trouble than it's worth. read more

This place is great if you like giving way too much money to really rude people for really crappy food. I, however, don't like doing any of those things. The pizza was not as good as Digiorno, the cheese tasted plastic-y, and I could not believe how rude the staff was. I wanted multiple pizzas with different toppings on each, and the woman there gave me so much crap for just not ordering lots of the same thing. I was pretty stoked for this place to open, but I will continue ordering from Pizza hut from now on.
