I found these guys in the CHOW hall at Boise spectrum doing a pop up event. I arrived as they were closing and thought I was out of luck. The gentleman I spoke to stopped me and hooked me up with what was supposed to be HIS dinner! Some fried catfish and fried chicken breast. I couldn't believe it. Now I'm originally from Lafayette,LA and I KNOW soul food. Y'all this is the real deal. Perfectly seasoned. A little spice but not "spicy". The catfish was clean and not muddy. The chicken was delicious. I can't WAIT to try the rest of their menu! Keep an eye out for them! read more
