The employee looked up the Craftsman model that I wanted, printed out all the information on that tool, but it was not in stock so I ended up ordering that online. I mostly come here for the plants. They clearance mark their plants when they go out of season and I have bought quite a few that have survived in their new habitat (my front yard). Their plants are cheaper than that other place.

I very MUCH appreciate that!! The store is extremely limited in stock variables when considering the other extremely large stores here in Tucson but the hospitality is top notch, IMO. I loved that they even had some Art Supplies here like puffy pains, acrylic paints, water colors and brushes. There were people by the door and every couple aisles or so for help.

Zero stars...but I give one because I can't choose a no star option…read more First of all, when I asked an associate for help, she ignored me. She was facing items, but she chose to keep her head down. When I asked for help again and she decided to acknowledge me, she told me to go wait in the aisle I needed help in and she would send someone over. No one came. Several of the older associates walked by and stared, but when I tried to flag them down, they melted back into the cursed dark aisles of no return and vanished. Ended up trying to find my part on my own but I ended up driving into Tucson and going to Home Depot where the associates were more than happy to help me match parts and look at compatible items.
