I made June 1 and June 10th, I made the last payments July 1st and July 31 to close out the account and these morons decided it was a good idea to charge me 30.00 for a late fee and then 2.34 in interest on that 30 bucks. I had a horrible experience at Lowe's of Sierra Vista. We purchased washer and dryer combo and had to have the washer delivered three times because it kept getting delivered with damage. Finally we got one in good condition but lowes ended up charging us about 500 dollars more from the original price we bought them for. We went into to store to talk to customer service. After about an hour of explaining and them printing out all the orders and reconciling them, LEITHA the assistant manager agreed that there was a discrepancy. They wrote it out on a piece of paper.(see attached pic.) They acknowledged the 500 dollar discrepancy, but couldn't tell me why there was one. Finally LEITHA, asst manager agreed to reimburse the difference but came back with only 350 dollars(a number she decided on without explanation) when I questioned the amount, her temperament changed drastically and became rude and demeaning and said "I've made up my mind, Now your getting nothing, Im going to send it to appeasement and lowes will follow up with you" as she rudely grabbed all the papers where she had written down her notes where she had identified the 500 dollar discrepancy. Fortunately I had snapped a picture before she took the papers away and refused to give me a copy. I did communicate to her that, I didnt appreciate her temperament and dismissive behavior, and she became even more aggressive, to the point that another associate had to tap her shoulder and encouraged her to step back. The appeasement department called me today and offered a 75 dollar gift card for the troubles. But once I explained the situation she moved it up to her manager for review. She just called me back and said they called the manager that helped me and all they can offer is the original 350 dollars I was offered. So at the end of the day Lowe's thinks that the mistreatment of their customers is acceptable, and they dont honor the original purchase price of appliances if they mess up and send you damaged goods. I would have walked away with the 350 dollars she offered had LEITHA maintained a basic customer service temperament. That same manager was also refusing to answer a phone call from an upset customer that was calling in to customer service, While my wife and I were there. She was bragging to the other associates that she was not going to answer him despite him calling and calling. This occurred on 7/1/26. Lowe's feel free to review your video footage. Customers with concerns should not be ignored. I do have to say that the other ladies at the customer service desk that we interacted with were all pleasant and understanding. So after taking three days off of work to be home to receive my appliances because of them coming in damaged, driving 120 miles to the Sierra Vista Lowes to figure out the discrepancy, being mistreated by an arrogant asst. manager, and multiple phone calls today. Lowe's still stayed with an extra 200 dollars of my money, all because they kept sending damaged appliances. BUYERS BE WARE. read more

Six months ago I came in to look at eggers to drill for posts. The employee looked up the Craftsman model that I wanted, printed out all the information on that tool, but it was not in stock so I ended up ordering that online. I mostly come here for the plants. They clearance mark their plants when they go out of season and I have bought quite a few that have survived in their new habitat (my front yard). They canceled my $2000 appliance delivery on the day of because I live in Old Bisbee. Their policy change wasn't advertised before the sale and they did not care to honor their agreement to deliver the new washer and remove the old ones. I explained that my house has no steps and is on an easy to use parking lot. The contracted driver blamed the store and the store blamed the logistics company. No responsibility was taken. If they had delivery issues then they needed to be proactive and figure out a solution for existing customers. Customer service is figuring out how to get the customer what they paid for and maybe sucking it up a little. Now, anyone with a lumber or appliance delivery in Old Bisbee will have to go somewhere else. I promised him, and I mean it, I will never go back to any Lowes store again. Making policies is one thing but going back on your purchase contract is something else altogether. I don't think they really understand that this isn't a truck problem, but a lifting and installation issue. Usually had good service here, but after today's experience we probably will not return. We couldn't get down the two aisles that had the products we needed to purchase because they were blocked off. Went down an open aisle to see if we could enter the appropriate aisle from the other side (we could not). Decided to leave and go to Home Depot but because of aisle blockages. While attempting to leave we apparently entered an off limits area (no signs were posted, it looked just like the rest of the store). A female employee rudely said "This is not a shopping area!" When we started to ask for directions she said "You can't be here! This is Receiving!" If there had been a sign (or instead of blocking off aisles where customers need to go to make purchases and blocking off "Receiving") we wouldn't have dreamed of entering. And we might not have thought much of it if the employee had not been so rude and acted as if we were trying to do something forbidden. Bottom Line: Almost any mistake can be forgiven except rude customer service. read more

Disappointed by Months of Delays and Poor In-Store Service I scheduled a flooring measurement with Lowe's on February 3rd, which was completed on February 13th. I received my quote the next day, resolved some minor issues, and placed my order on February 20th. Installation was set for March 19th--almost a full month later. The installers showed up on time and began the job, but called shortly after starting to say the laminate flooring was defective. We had to cancel a hotel we had already checked into (at a loss of $85) and return home. I appreciated how professionally the installers handled the situation, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I was told to go to the store to arrange a replacement. I waited over an hour for a flooring associate, Don, to help me. He confirmed a new product was in stock and said he'd arrange pickup of the defective material. After multiple follow-ups over several days--with no calls returned--the old material was finally picked up, but there was still no credit or shipment of the new flooring. I had to escalate to the store manager, Brandon, who promised to investigate. I was later told the new flooring would arrive by April 7th. That date came and went with no update. Eventually, I was told the product was no longer in stock and that their buyers couldn't get it from the warehouse. After several more weeks of waiting and no resolution, I canceled the entire order on May 1st. This experience--from start to finish--took nearly three months, and the lack of communication, delays, and in-store support was extremely disappointing. The installers were great, but Lowe's store service and follow-through were not. I will be looking elsewhere for future home improvement projects. read more

He was so wonderful...we needed an item that wasn't on display and he found the back-up stock on the highest shelf and had some one get the forklift to lower them even though we only needed one. It seems that this store has gone downhill over the years, and that may be because of the Lowe's corporation more than the employees. The reps that are on the floor and very helpful and try their best for the customer. But the overall corporation is not concerned about customer service and that feeds down to the individual stores. I had an issue that took me days to straighten out... and I don't know if it's straightened out yet Time will tell. And it has ended up being VERY costly in time and money. To make sure I'm balanced in this review, when I spoke with one of the managers, Chelsea she was very helpful, and kind and did her very best to resolve the situation. And even followed up, which is not typical. But when yet another situation came up a few weeks later, that was quite serious, I called but had to speak with a different manager, Jessica. This manager was was demeaning, rude and downright nasty. I ended up having to call corporate to get the situation resolved... somewhat. The whole situation took me a few hours to resolve... and it was only partially resolved. I wouldn't bother to make any complaints to corporate. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and kept "complimenting" me, but took no action to resolve the situation. I didn't care about compliments, I only wanted resolution. That's what you'll get from corporate. But if you want to try, I did find the number to call corporate directly and get a real person, which wasn't easy... 1-704-758-1000. For me, I will continue to use Home Depot and never return to Lowe's again. It was too "expensive" in terms of time and energy to try to get all the errors taken care of. Wishing all who read this much success and enjoyment in their projects. And hoping that there will be changes in Lowes at some point. They used to be better. read more

We like shopping at Lowe's no matter what location. they are all the same, well stocked and reasonably priced. We were amazed when we arrived on Saturday at 6:00 pm and the store was almost empty of customers. Seems everyone shopped early. It was so strange because anytime we visit any location they are very busy. It worked out well for us because we easily found a friendly helpful employee to show us where the things we needed were located. We made our purchase and checked out in minutes. We walked out the exit and were greeted by three very polite Girl Scouts who were selling cookies. They are favorites so we had to stop. The girls were very good sales people and so cute so we had to buy three boxes of goodness. Thank you Lowe's for allowing them to set up there. Great community service. read more

She was rude and inconsiderate. When did Lowe's employees stop thanking you for your patronage? Once finished with my transaction, she did not say thanks or thank you. I went in to our local Lowes to purchase some lumber. Before entering the store I looked around the entrance for a lumber cart, seeing none at the door, I figured they would be set up inside the store someplace. I walked the whole store twice and saw nothing but regular shopping carts, not one cart capable of carrying anything heavy, or lumber in particular. I asked on cashier where they were at and told prob out in the parking lot, So I left, and guess what, they were all just hanging out in the corrals! I really didn't want to put this on here but I have shopped at Lowes for years and always have had great service. We purchased a refrigerator on 08-22-2023 and when we got it home and unpackaged it we found it was damaged. We do not live in SV so I called to see if we could get a discount on the product. I have pictures of the damage. They told us we needed to bring in the receipt and pictures and they would give us 15 % off. Wasn't worth it as it would have cost us that or more to drive there and back plus our time. Will have to think twice about going to that store again. So I started my kitchen remodeling 9 months ago. My cabinets were delivered in March. Due to damage to a cabinet and the wrong width pieces being ordered they were reordered. They were delivered to the store in april which were promptly lost. My new cabinet was delivered to me in July and other pieces were delivered to the store which again were promptly lost by the store. The wrong width piece between fridge and counter was ordered so I sent that back to the store for a refund and just proceeded with installation without it. So now my kitchen isn't the way I'd like it. I was refunded my countertop installation because the company they use has a 4-6 month turn around and went with a local company which has been wonderful. However when I went to get the refund they were trying to push me out the door with a I'll contact you later line. Nope that didn't fly. As of yet the local lowes store has not answered corporate emails or communicated with me about what's going on or if their even going to finish the job. So wrong size upper cabinet ordered, no trim, need a skin for my upper fridge cabinet side because of missing fridge side piece. On the plus side the cabinet installer has been good to work with. They installed the cabinets beautifully despite the missing pieces that's the stores fault and have been available and communicative. Also the cabinets are better than what I had, I just wish the experience, customer service, professionalism had been better. Quite frankly when your spending that much money you shouldn't have to also be the contractor that's what your hiring them to do. So to finish this up would I recommend anyone have their cabinets done through lowes no. Even with saving money if you get them on a sale it's not worth it. read more

Sierra Vista Lowes/Angi/Handi installed a new toilet for us in January. Last week, I reported to Lowes, in person, that the new toilet seemed to be leaking. Lowes, through Angi, scheduled the repair of the leaking toilet to done, SEVEN days later. Angi/Handi cancelled the install, because no one wanted to do it. The leak has destroyed flooring in three rooms now, and no one at Lowes/Angi/Handi seems to think it's important to stop the leak. Shame on you all! read more

I purchased what I thought was a new Whirlpool refrigerator and what I got was something that looked like is was bought off of Craigslist and had seen it's share of use and damage. Bought it on June 24th, picked it up on the 25th. It was packed in plastic with Styrofoam to protect the sides and corners. when I removed the packing I couldn't believe my eyes. How could this happen? When I Called Lowes and spoke to a manager she told me she had seen the refrigerator and that was brand new. Was she suggesting I was pulling a scam? I got pretty mad. I called Lowes 1-800 number and filed a complaint and emailed pictures of this used and damaged refrigerator that I just paid full price for. The phone representative noticed that we had purchased a $3000 Bosch fridge back in April. The Whirlpool fridge was purchased to replace the old fridge in our garage. when they picked up the Whirlpool I was at work and the delivery guy didn't give my wife a pick up receipt. Now I have to wait up to 15 days for a refund. I pray that I don't have any problems getting my money back. I will never shop at the Lowes in Casa Grand again. A one star review is extremely generous. Below are just four of the many photos of just a few of the many things that were wrong with this so called brand new Whirlpool refrigerator to include hair and a clear grease looking substance. Today was our LAST trip to this Lowe's location. We went in today to return a peach tree that we had purchased April 30th, 2021 because the tree never thrived and finally died (the only one of 10 trees fruit trees we planted this year that did not do well). The cashier REFUSED to give us a refund because she stated the new policy required us to bring in the original pot, receipt and dead plant. There was NOTHING on the original receipt or any place on the website that stated that we needed the pot - everywhere I looked only stated the plant and receipt were needed. The peach tree even still had the Lowe's tag on it showing the type of peach, but she said that wouldn't work for the return. I actually had lost the original receipt and it didn't show up on my Lowe's app, so I had contacted the 800 number and received a copy of the receipt. The gentleman on the phone was quite helpful and knew I needed to return one of the trees, yet never once mentioned the so called new policy that requires the original cheap plastic pot to be saved in case of returns. Needless to say we are furious and out the cost of the tree at just under $35 with tax, a couple hours of wasted time as well as the fuel cost for the 100 mile round trip. read more

Where to start. I ordered a refrigerator from them new. Informed them I lived in old Bisbee where it can be difficult to drive. They assured me it would be no issue. Of course, the truck couldn't navigate the old streets and the delivery guys ended up pushing the refrigerator almost half a mile up hill. They accidentally scratched the front of the fridge. I called to get it replaced. Today I have called 13 times where no one picks up in appliances. I've asked to speak w a manager... of course no response. This is for the Lowe's in Sierra Vista, AZ. On March 1, 2023 we purchased quite a bit $258.46 (just on this one date) of tile for our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately our contract got sick and was unable to work on our project for MONTHS. Today, August 7, 2023, we took five boxes of this tile to the Sierra Vista Lowes with our receipt and was told they couldn't take it back as it had been more than 90 days. Our contractor COULD NOT INSTALL the tile. I had heard that the return policy was generous. NOT anymore. The receipt says NOTHING about a 90 return policy. It refers one to the website. On the website there is no way to submit a written complaint. Now it appears we are stuck with A LOT of tile we can't use. We purchased a very old house about a year ago. There is a lot of work to be done. We WON'T be buying anything from Lowe's. read more

I usually favor this place as my DIY go to store. Today, the service was horrible. I wanted to get vertical blinds cut to width but the lady working the dept was with a couple. So my son and I patiently waited. After 45 min without her even asking if we need any help or calling over another associate, we decided to put the materials back on the shelves and leave. We did buy some items and the checkout lady says they have been short handed lately after so many people recently quit. Well, this is not my problem. Your store should have enough adequate qualified people to assist customers. This wasn't the first time I waited for some help here. It was near 2pm on Monday that we went to the flooring department knowing which tile we wanted to purchase but it was not on the shelf. There was no one on duty in that department. I went down the aisle to find an employee who said there should be someone working there. He helpfully scanned the product paper and it indicated there was a full pallet in stock. So where is this pallet? After 1/2 and hour looking at the top shelves, went to front customer service desk asking for assistance. They paged help in flooring. 15 minutes later no one arrives. I then again went to the front desk and asked if they could look in the computer to see where this pallet was located. She did not and said " Don" should be working in that department and again paged for assistance. Several other employees tried to help to no avail. Lowes has so much more tile selection that Home Depot but fewer employees that can help. Frustrating to say the least. read more

To Whom It May Concern: My name is Ricardo and I am leaving this review due to the lack of professionalism and compassion expressed towards me from one of the store Mangers named, Chris. What an embarrassment and poor management training that Chris displayed. I recently inherited a home in Elgin, AZ and I reside in El Paso, TX. The first part of June, I went into this store and purchased carpet which cost about $1500. The gentlemen that assisted me was named Rafael, and he was AWESOME! He did warn me that the install would take about 6-8 weeks to schedule, which I had no problem with. Rafael called me about a week later and informed me that the carpet had been received at the store and he had cut the desired measurements for for the installation. About a week after that, the installation team called me and notified me they were ready to schedule the install, which we scheduled for July 21, 2021. I made plans, and requested my last day of PTO from work to make the day trip to AZ. I left the night before after working 12 hours, only to drive 5 more hours to be there for the installation team the next day. Well the installation team was suppose to arrive between 8 am and 10 am, but never showed. I am in a rural area of AZ so have to drive 20 minutes to receive any cell service. I made two trips to the area where I receive cell service, and called the 1-800 number for installation. The first individual I spoke with was Devon, which was equally as disappointing as Chris, the store manager. I am starting to notice a trend with Lowe's employees, rude and not at all customer service oriented. Devon informed me the installers where in route, and was told to call back after an hour if they did not show up, which they didn't. I made another trip and on the second call I made, a gentlemen named Jason assisted me, and he was GREAT! Finally a nice Lowe's employee. Jason attempted reaching out to the installers, but to no avail he had to leave a message. He informed me I could keep on waiting for them or reschedule? I opted to wait a few more hours, and of course they never showed up! I decided to pack up my things and head back to El Paso, TX at around 2 pm, since I had to work three, 12 hour shifts the next three consecutive days. Frustrated I called the Lowe's in Sierra Vista, AZ and this is when the nightmare started. I myself am a manager and realize the stress most employees are under, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. I could have used profanity and lost my cool, but I opted to compose myself and be professional. I prefaced the conversation with Chris by explaining to him that I too was a manager, hopefully to connect with him and receive some empathy and compassion for the wasted trip I had just experienced. Well this was not the case, Chris proceeded to blame corporate office and expressed to me that they should have called me and not the Lowe's in Sierra Vista. Chris then proceeded to slam his employee Rafael and kept blaming him for not cutting the correct measurements. Chris took no accountability as the manager of the store, but instead threw corporate and his employee under the bus, ran them over, then put that bus in reverse and ran them over, and over, and over again. Never listening to my concerns, never apologizing, and basically told me, "what do you want me to do?" because it was not his fault. Well to you sir, Chris, I say this, you are a coward for not trying to fix things, but instead instead chose to slam your employee and the company you work for. You sir, have no compassion or empathy for an individual who made a wasted trip to AZ. Are you going to reimburse my expenses, no, because you basically said it wasn't your problem. Well sir, no, it is not your problem, and I hope next time your approach is a better one, because I am sure nothing will come of this since you seem to act like you are untouchable. I am not by any means a spiteful person, but your lack of interest for what occurred to me, disgusted me. You are a poor excuse of leader and I feel sorry for the employees which work under you. I can assure you I will not be going into this store again and encourage others to do the same. What ever happened to being kind, helpful and respectful?
