I didn't understand that, as putting body side molding on is a simple, hour long job for qualified people. If the job is not a big money maker, this shop doesn't seem to want to do it. I have had two cars fixed there before, but I guess that doesn't count for anything. Building a loyal customer base does not matter to this shop. No value here.

After a month and a half, they have caused more damages to the vehicle than it had when it was dropped off to them originally. Damages they have tried to blame the previous place for. I have pics to prove the timeframe that the damages occurred. Now my insurance company is going to total the vehicle. A vehicle that originally needed nothing but the convertible top replaced. A vehicle that still has no issues other than interior cosmetic issues and a scratch on the passenger rear fender, caused by this company's employees and their inability to follow simple instructions. Not to mention the unprofessional manner in which I was treated and by the way most things were handled. End results... I get my vehicle back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I get an I'm sorry check from my insurance company that isn't enough to cover the cost of repairing the damaged caused by these people.
