This shop has left me with without a car for my family and could have repaired this and gotten payment through insurance. poor business, don't take your car here. When I told him I was in a completely different state in a training class he becomes very snippy and informs me that it is his prerogative to charge me a $35 a day storage fee. His attitude went from bad to worse in a matter of 10 seconds. I would absolutely recommend you find someone else to repair your vehicle. Their policies are unreasonable and unrealistic

James at B & E Collision took one look at it and offered to fix the splash shield instead of replacing it - AND HE DID THE WORK THAT SAME DAY! James also re-attached some loose front bumper clips and replaced my left rear brake light. B & E is just superior; the best body shop in Kingsport, Tennessee.

This dude is a total con man. He will take your money and not do the work for years. When he does…read moredo the work it is with subpar parts and paint. After awhile of taking money for jobs he will move to a different location and not tell his clients. He should be in jail for grand larceny for ripping off people and not doing the work. I rented him a house and my neighbor rented his shop. Out house is disgusting and we have evicted him and will be pursuing back rent and damages. My neighbor locked him out of his shop for nonpayment. He 10 cars to restore and when the people found out where they were wanted them back. He took these people's money and never did the work, my neighbor has signed notes from the customer when they picked up their cars. Some of these people paid large sums of money to get nothing in return. This guy is nothing but scum and needs to be in prison.
