Example of turf condition on some holes.
    Jessica K.

Today was my first visit after many years of not visiting. General vibe: It's fun for an hour or so; but the place is need of serious repairs. The grounds were neglected and in need of landscaping. The fixtures were crumbling and in need of paint. Water fixtures were empty or filled with filth. The turf had holes and stains, and was so worn in places that it caused the balls to veer off course. The balls bounced out of the holes half the time because of the plastic material used. Sand would be so much better!! The fencing around the golfing area does not keep the balls in so you could potentially have to run after it in the street. (Happened to us!!) We stopped keeping score after the 4th hole because it was such a struggle for everyone in our group to play so we just decided to make up our own rules.

It's a mini golf place, in Parkland..what do you expect? The Good- It's cheap, and breezy being right next to the highway. Has 3 different challenge levels to choose from. The Bad- It's cheap. Old fake turf everywhere, a couple holes have new turf. Tree roots overturning pathways and encroaching on holes. Avoid parking in the 6" deep 12' wide puddle that is there 323 days a year. The Ugly- It's evident the owners have almost given up to keeping up this place. From the derelict and water feature-less half decayed pirate ship to the barren easy holes with barely any features, water traps, etc, it leaves much to be desired. The huge trees everywhere rain down a constant torrent of leaves, cones, seeds, etc landing in the play areas. The Skinny- It's a mini golf place in Parkland.....what did you expect? Cheap, but still fun. And if you can or want to overlook all the cosmetic issues, it can fill an hour and a half of your day for 10-20$.

Drove past this place a million times...finally came to check it out. They have several different courses for different level players...which made it easier to social distance since people weren't all playing the same course. We chose the purple course and it went well for us. You are close to the freeway so sometimes you are smelling car exhaust and other vehicle smells. Could use a little updating, but all in all we enjoyed ourselves.

I came here with some family members just to get out of the house and do something, when we drove in the place looks a little old and run down but it works. The prices were pretty cheap so that was a plus, there are 3 courses not 4, we took the hard course and it was well, hard. We made it all the way through relatively alright, some holes seemed utter impossible but other than that it was a fun experience.

I have lived down the road for two months now. I pass this place every single day. Always seems busy. It cost 7 for adults 13 and over. 6 bucks for kids. You chose a color and follow those arrows. The colors indicate the level of hardness. We did orange this time. Wasnt to hard or to easy. We had to hit it so many times we stopped taking score. My oldest son did get one whole in one

My son is 5 and had never been mini-golfing, so I took him on a Saturday to teach him. This place is GREAT for young kids because it offers 4 different courses. Two of them are easy, and 2 of them are medium/hard. The place is well-kept, the woman working the counter was very nice, and the location is in a decent area. I really like this place because any course you play after your first course is only $3.00 per person. You also get $1.00 off coupons for every game that you get a hole-in-one on. What was really nice is that you get ribbons when you return your clubs to the clubhouse. My son was excited to get a ribbon because he felt like he beat me:) Overall a good experience. Also, FYI, they do take credit/debit cards:)

It's a rare occasion that I am drunk before noon. In fact, I could count on my fingers how many times I've done it. Maybe on one hand. If I start out a review of a mini-golf joint with that statement, you have correctly assumed that my friends and I arrived in rare form. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, with blue skies and nary a cloud. Our polyester leisure suits were cooled off by our aviator sunglasses. Parkland Putters is formed of a lumpy concrete terrain tucked into a cozy armpit formed by highway 512 and its offramp. The red-lettered sign is visible from a great distance, drawing in the intoxicated, the elderly, and beginning readers, all with equal efficiency. As we bellied up to the cash register, we each selected our own neon-colored ball, matching our outfits, naturally. There are multiple courses to choose from, of varying levels of difficulty. The owners must have taken warmly to our appearances, as they piped a heaping helping of Hall & Oates, Phil Collins, and other tasty vittles over their stereo system. Or maybe that was just the music in my head. I really don't remember. In any case, we putted our way around the course, and kept as honest score as possible, given the circumstances. In the end, I scored really high, which, as it turns out, is not the object of the game. But no matter: the owners kindly pinned a pink ribbon to my shirt reading "LAST PLACE". Read 'em and weep.

My hubby and I love this place! 4 courses to choose from. 1 is the easiest 4 is the hardest. It's open late! We will be back to use my free game from getting a hole in one on the last hole!

    Center course.

Four different courses but it's pretty heavily worn out and becomes more luck than skill. The car says good shade on a hot day

Awesome date night or family place. The courses are so different in challenge. And priced very well. We loved it here and will come back.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing across the board due to a complete lack of oversight and management. During bowling, there was no enforcement of basic lane courtesy or policies. Other bowlers repeatedly ignored turn-taking etiquette, which significantly slowed our play. Because we were practicing proper courtesy while others were not, we lost time -- and since bowling is charged by the hour rather than by the game, we effectively paid for time we couldn't use. No staff intervention, guidance, or monitoring was present. The mini-golf experience was similar. There was no supervision at all. People were going out of turn, grown adults were touching and interfering with the decor, and multiple individuals were in the water features, which felt unsafe and completely unmanaged. It was chaotic and disrespectful, with no staff stepping in to maintain order. To make matters worse, within hours of eating at the on-site restaurant, my 15-year-old son became violently ill with repeated vomiting and diarrhea for over 20 hours straight, resulting in a nearly five-hour visit to Mary Bridge Children's Hospital ER the next night for dehydration and uncontrolled vomiting. I also became ill, though less severely. The common food item we shared was ground beef (patty melt and nachos). Both of us ate the nachos and we were the only two that got sick. When I called the next day to notify the restaurant, the response was immediately defensive, with no concern expressed and no offer of a refund -- I had to ask. I later learned the manager I spoke with oversees both the restaurant and entertainment operations, which unfortunately aligned with our overall experience. I understand that businesses get busy. What's unacceptable is the absence of basic supervision, customer care, and accountability across every part of the visit. This was not a one-off issue -- it reflected systemic poor management.

They made everything smooth and stress-free for us parents -- which is such a gift on a birthday party day! The kids were beyond excited about the glow-in-the-dark monsters, neon lights, and the fun spooky-but-not-scary vibe. Watching their faces light up as they played mini golf under the glowing colors was priceless. They didn't want to leave! It was the perfect mix of fun, energy, and organization. If you're planning a birthday party for your little one, I truly recommend this place. Thank you for helping us create such special memories for our son's big day!

I love mini golf and have previously been to a Monster mini in another location. When my friends…read moresuggested we get together to run the course I was all in. Located inside Factoria Mall, the venue is large, with an arcade and prize game area in front of the mini golf course. My friends eagerly played some games to win novelty toys and tried the cotton candy maker. I played some pinball so if any of this sounds fun in addition to golfing, they have it here. The course as expected has about 16 holes, all with varying lengths, obstacles and angles. It's a lot of fun lining up different putts. The decor has a sort of comedic-horror art with a Washington theme and other mechanical props to add to the fun and ambience. The snag? The same issue I have at most mini golf places, people start to get bunched up behind you because their playing too fast/making their own rules or whatever. Were we playing too slow? Maybe. There were four of us and we played as quickly as we could but alas... Even the staff girl told us we're capped at 5 swings a piece at one point before we need to move on. Needless to say, by the end we had several impatient people waiting behind us. I know this isn't Monsters fault per se, but I repeatedly saw kids just putting the ball near the hole for easy shots to go faster or smaller children crying and jumping random holes out of order. Would love to do it again but perhaps on a weekday or a morning when there is less crowds.
