Probably at least half of the course was in the shade, perfect for a warm day. There's no reservations, it's first come first served. I got here around 3pm on a sunny Saturday and there were a couple groups in line in front of us. However by the time we left there was a massive line. I'd expect a little bit of a wait if you're coming on a weekend. Parking was super easy as they have a huge lot right by the building where you pay. The place was very lively and had a fun vibe. The course, well it's amazing or I wouldn't be leaving a 5 star review. Seriously though it's huge!!!!!!!!!!!! They have a ton of different options and two different courses. The one on the left is hard, on the right is the easy course. I have done both and found them equally fun. I personally like the harder one cause it last longer but the easy one looks super cute so I tried it too. You do have to pay for each course they are not both included in the price I gave you. You do get a little score card, which I love! I'm a super competitive person so it's important for me that everyone I'm with knows just how much I'm kicking their asses. Finally! When you go to leave you can tell them what place everyone won in. They give you these super cute little ribbons, again so you know who's the real winner. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing across the board due to a complete lack of oversight and management. During bowling, there was no enforcement of basic lane courtesy or policies. Other bowlers repeatedly ignored turn-taking etiquette, which significantly slowed our play. Because we were practicing proper courtesy while others were not, we lost time -- and since bowling is charged by the hour rather than by the game, we effectively paid for time we couldn't use. No staff intervention, guidance, or monitoring was present. The mini-golf experience was similar. There was no supervision at all. People were going out of turn, grown adults were touching and interfering with the decor, and multiple individuals were in the water features, which felt unsafe and completely unmanaged. It was chaotic and disrespectful, with no staff stepping in to maintain order. To make matters worse, within hours of eating at the on-site restaurant, my 15-year-old son became violently ill with repeated vomiting and diarrhea for over 20 hours straight, resulting in a nearly five-hour visit to Mary Bridge Children's Hospital ER the next night for dehydration and uncontrolled vomiting. I also became ill, though less severely. The common food item we shared was ground beef (patty melt and nachos). Both of us ate the nachos and we were the only two that got sick. When I called the next day to notify the restaurant, the response was immediately defensive, with no concern expressed and no offer of a refund -- I had to ask. I later learned the manager I spoke with oversees both the restaurant and entertainment operations, which unfortunately aligned with our overall experience. I understand that businesses get busy. What's unacceptable is the absence of basic supervision, customer care, and accountability across every part of the visit. This was not a one-off issue -- it reflected systemic poor management.

We were all golfing pretty good were ahead of pace of play by an hour by the end of first 9. Got to the turn got a hot dog and beer was 15 bucks before tip ended up giving the girl a 3 dollar tip, so 18 for 1 hot dog and 1 beer. Got back on the course then on about the 12th we started getting jammed up bad behind two other groups. Ended up 35 min behind pace of play and took almost an hour to finish the last three holes. Definitely hard to keep a rhythm for play for the more experienced golfers in my group and they were frustrated. Never saw a Marshall to tell anyone to pick it up. Not a bad course but honestly probably won't go back didn't feel like I got my moneys worth for what I payed.

The younger female employee with brown hair was sarcastic and rude instead of calmly and respectfully explaining the rule. The business is extremely rigid with its rules, yet the rules are not clearly posted or explained. There should be clear signage, and customers should be given the benefit of the doubt in a family-friendly setting. The owner has stated on previous reviews that there is "no polite way" to confront someone breaking the rules, which I strongly disagree with. In a family-friendly business, staff should be trained to address issues clearly, respectfully, and without sarcasm or hostility. Unless you want people to start boycotting your business. Even after paying, the attitude continued from their female staff member who was working in the Pro Shop and then we were not allowed to speak with the owner. Mini golf should be fun and welcoming, but this experience was not.
