When I went into DUCH'S it was refreshing to see a female behind the counter for one. When I asked her for something she knew exactly what I was talking about and had it and many other useful items I had looked for in the past and items I knew my neighbors were searching for. When she didn't have what I was looking for she asked another person in the store and he told me what other local retailer I might be able to locate it at.
