The salesperson let my contractor know what I selected when he called them to give specific measurements. That determined how much tile needs to be purchased. Tile was ordered and it arrived in about a week to Dobkins from the manufacturer. Next step is for the contractor to pick up this tile and start work on my shower! He's very argumentative and not helpful at all. An older lady by the name of Janet is pretty much the same, acts like you're bothering her when you have a question or a return. If you shop here help yourself or ask the younger staff, they're much more knowledgeable and considerate.
