It does not matter, VIP charges you and does the installation.) This, to me, was an amazing deal. The fog lights in my car are no picnic to get to. Doing it myself looked like an incredible pain in the ass. Here at VIP, they took me right in, put my car on the lift, and had new bulb installed very quickly. Apparently, they offer many of these small, but convenient, free services. The staff at this location are very customer service oriented. I had avoided VIP for a number of years because most of my business had been done at their Sabattus St. location, and the staff gives you more of that typical, busy mechanics, "we don't need your business" kind of attitude and they assume you are stupid. My recent visit to the Lisbon St. location gave me a whole new respect for this business, and is probably where I will continue to go. Thank you!
